The order was supplied soon after being placed. The part supplied was well packaged and in very good condition. Its fitting was straightforward and gave a great finish.
Good service supplying the replacement handle, but there is clearly an issue with these as it's the 2nd I've had fail. If they were made better in the first place, it would have been 5 stars.

Poor packaging
Ordering the parts fine. Parts themselves fine though needed adjustments. Packaging of the handles still poor. Package was damaged again. I have received two empty packages and items lost due to the form of package used.

Affordable and excellent replacement…
Affordable and excellent replacement part. Easy to fit. Replacing the window handle cost less than £10! The chatbot also guided me to a very helpful video showing me how to fix the problem.

Very reasonably priced and easy to fit. Thought when old handle on UPVC window broke that I would need to replace the whole thing, but managed to fix it for under a tenner. Result!

Initial order of replacement window…
Initial order of replacement window handle was damaged on delivery and did not receive the order. Reordered and the incorrect finish was supplied (white but ordered chrome), third time was successful.

On initial contact most unhelpful and then despatch from order was very slow 5 days. The handles themselves were very good. The humans involved were not very good.
