The order was supplied soon after being placed. The part supplied was well packaged and in very good condition. Its fitting was straightforward and gave a great finish.
Good service supplying the replacement handle, but there is clearly an issue with these as it's the 2nd I've had fail. If they were made better in the first place, it would have been 5 stars.

replacement window handles
The replacement window handles were well packed and delivered promptly, although without notification of arrival.
The handles themselves are good quality but not exactly compatible with the ones they replaced because they are set at 45 degrees to the originals

Still waiting for response.........
Ordering was simply, but everything else from there on in was tedious. Between sending emails it took anything from 3 - 5 days to get a response. I'm still waiting for a response on my refund. Anglian this is so disappointing.

I ordered replacement handle for my conservatory door, what has been delivered is handle for external door.
Consequently the hole in the plate is in the wrong position and is useless for my conservatory
I want the proper one and will return the one I have when I receive it.

Replacement window handle
The lock on one of our Anglian windows failed and we couldn't open, close or lock the window. We thought this would be costly to fix but instead a replacement handle was only £10.36, arrived in 7 days, and was easy for us to fit ourselves.

Easy to select the correct replacement…
Easy to select the correct replacement handles using the dimensions given. Parts arrived quickly by post. The locks on the window handles are metal and stronger than the plastic fittings within the old handles, which keep failing.

Wrong keys
Wrong keys, I took the advice of your customer care line, when call for the guarantees, they assured me only one key, the keys, I ordered 4 keys. None, fit the windows, I gave all the information, and guarantee card. So excited when finally, keys arrived in the post, but they did not fit.
