Over priced Poor quality products and a slow service. Go elsewhere . I will never use Anglian again

The new handle is fine, stronger than the one it replaced which has a flimsy plastic lock/ unlock mechanism. Would expect it to arrive in less than 2 weeks considering it only travelled 25 miles. Expecting to order more as we have another 14 waiting to fail

I requested a replacement key paid and recieved it no problem at all you managed to sort out which key I needed and I was impressed on the speed of your service I would have no problem recommending you to anyone I reieved the same service when I had the window fitted definately 5 star service

Rapid delivery. Good service onbreturn but a bit disappointing I had to pay postage.

Parts arrived on time and worked perfectly. Nothing more to add!

You had increased the size of the part from the original. Had to modify the part and the window frame to make it fit.
ok for me as an ex engineer but most people would not be able to do it.
You need to have someone to talk to , not use an electronic connection.
Poor show.

Having ordered new replacement handles for my windows I was very disappointed when my package came to find nothing in it...empty . I got in touch with anglian to tell them about it, the lady was very apologetic and sorted this by sending out two more handles .

Great replacement parts for windows fitted easy and quality window handles the only negative is the delivery is really slow but I love all the new handles.

I was surprised by just how easy it was to find what I wanted, order and pay. I was also surprised by how cheap the part I wanted was. Delivery free and prompt.

Even though you say it can take up to 14 days to deliver it amazes me you need all that time to send a door handle. I suspect you don’t, it is just poor customer service.

Order came through complete and in reasonable time

I ordered 2 metal replacement window handles, they were sent in a padded envelope but the handles themselves were not individually wrapped beyond a plastic bags. One of the handles arrived with a chip, presumably caused by the other.
Postage was free so yes I would order from them in future but I would order handles separately.

I talked to the phone rep who zhjezted I buy the new window catch and install it myself. She sent me video tutorials and I did the job in 10 minutes flat. Saved money and am very pleased with myself.

Although we had to return items as our door handles from original french door were now discontinued the service was quick.

Easy to order and fit. Delivery was great also the price was very reasonable.
