The order was supplied soon after being placed. The part supplied was well packaged and in very good condition. Its fitting was straightforward and gave a great finish.
Good service supplying the replacement handle, but there is clearly an issue with these as it's the 2nd I've had fail. If they were made better in the first place, it would have been 5 stars.

Needed a replacement for a window…
Needed a replacement for a window handle over 20 yrs old. Spoke to Anglian Windows on the phone and he guided me to the most suitable replacement on line. I ordered it, took 10 days to arrive (he told me it would) and fitted perfectly and only took me a couple of minutes to do it.
