The order was supplied soon after being placed. The part supplied was well packaged and in very good condition. Its fitting was straightforward and gave a great finish.
Good service supplying the replacement handle, but there is clearly an issue with these as it's the 2nd I've had fail. If they were made better in the first place, it would have been 5 stars.

We had John Neale come to adjust are French Doors. As soon as he looked them he could see what a poor job the fitters had made of adjusting them so they would close easily. It did not take him long to adjust them so now they stay open close and close easily.

Return delayed
I had a very hard time getting money back on the return. Because those who received the return package did not process it on time and lost it, asking for proof of delivery. Luckly I sent it with a signature upon delivery with a delivery company and not with the Post Office.
