I’ve send back one product on 25 of September and I am still waiting to be refunded. I’ve tried to contact you many times and I haven’t received no answer.
You just stole my money, really disappointed!

Size guide is not very good and returns policy is poor still waiting on a response to return purchased items

The product was delivered promptly. It is as described and I would buy again.

All delivered perfectly and the pads are excellent

The pants was two sizes too big for the size on the label. I've been offered to be sent smaller size, but I haven't received it at all. So, i left with 2 pairs of parachute period pants, i can't even try, because it's too loose ...

Bodyform may have longevity in the market of menstrual products but sadly they have no idea how to effectively show respect and dignity of communication in their adverts. At the end of the day the target audience is knowingly being offended. Why would anyone want to see being shown such graphic detail with blood and sitting on toilets and how to put a sanitary towel in a pair of pants on TV. Every month women have to deal with blood coming out of their bodies and extreme period pains and taking time off work to suffer it for over 40 years - why would we want to be reminded by TV adverts when we are eating our dinner or meals? Its off putting and hasnt made me want to buy any products from Bodyform ever so how can it be successful advertising if you are not showing respect to your target audience consumer???
There is a better way to advertise and just needed more consideration and respect. At the end of the day its the product not the person that is the key element.

I have bought other brands of period underwear before but both my teenage daughters prefer Bodyform. They do admittedly wear them with a pad for convenience at school but they find them comfortable and it makes them feel confident that there will be no embarrassing leaks. They are so soft. It is a shame like all period wear you can't dry them in the dryer.

Great quality, comfortable and reliable, given my daughter confidence and a good night sleep, no more waking up to change a pad or worry about leaking.

Good range of products and easy ordering service. I haven’t need customer service so can’t comment. Happy with the overall experience.

Not fit for purpose. The padded part isn’t big enough

Ordered for my daughter who has autism and finds per periods quilt difficult.
The pants themselves are nice and soft with the gusset not as bulky as some other brands we’ve tried which is great.
We ordered three spotty pairs and two black pairs so 5 in total, which was a bundle deal.
Used for the first time and they do exactly what they say they will. My daughter has heavy periods, these didn’t leak, no smells and she seemed very happy and comfortable. I think the fuller coverage is great and adds to the comfort.

BEST DECISION EVER. Honestly, these are amazing, I will never go back to period products. These are so comfortable and are just look like a normal pair of knickers! 10/10 from me 🌟

I ordered three pairs of “heavy” period pants and opened one pack to try them. They’re ridiculously thick—like wearing a nappy—so bulky and obvious under clothes. I contacted customer service to arrange a return over a week ago and have had zero response. Terrible product and even worse customer service.
Ordered from Marks & Spencer instead, £20 for 3 and they are amazing! Will have to contact my bank to resolve the issue. Absolutely disgusting.

Came quick a bit worried size may have been incorrect but did fit

I got different items delivered and when I raised the issue (attaching the order and a picture of the items received), they told me that they would investigate what happened but after two weeks I have not heard anything from them.

Prompt delivery, correct sizes.
I would say these period pants last about 2 years based on my previous purchase.

Didn't received my order, and customer service didn't helped. Send my address and ask to send my order but my message was ignored, when I ask about my order after one week they ask my address again.. I send my address again and just get response that my case is closed. No confirmation that my order will be sent it to me or refund, nothing at all...

Honestly, they have been so bad. I ordered 3 pairs of period pants, opened 1 and thought that the quality was poor, sizing wasn't great, and the gusset area felt like a nappy. I have spent nearly 2 weeks trying to send them back (not worn BTW!), but they just keep sending emails about wanting a reason (given multiple times), follow a link for 1 pair, but an alternative route for other 2. And ultimately, I still haven't been able to send them back because they haven't given me the necessary information. It's like they just font want to refund the customer (a bit like a notable sports store that you go direct to!). Will never use them again, and have nothing good to say about them, their products, or their service.
