I used CompAsia’s trade-in service (Order No: MYCAM25087815) and was informed that payment would be made within 14 working days after the device was received. The device has already been handed over and accepted, but as of today (day 15 working days), I still have not received any payment.
I have contacted support but there is no clear resolution or confirmed payment date yet. This is disappointing as the main reason I proceeded with the trade-in was the promised payment timeline.
I am leaving this review to share my experience so others are aware that the payment timeline may not be honored.

really horrible service. I traded in my phone through CompAsia MYCAM25087386. The support centre spends more than 2days to respond besides that I’ve been waiting for over more than 14working days and I still don’t receive my money yet.it says expect to receive latest by this week.what do you mean by expect?it should be within the 14 working days.tmr and the day after tmr is not working days which mean today is the last day of the week to receive my money and now I still don’t receive anything yet

I paid for ReNewToGo and received absolutely no email or update.
Customer service only asked me to wait 7–14 days, but it’s already been 9 days with zero progress.
This is extremely urgent for me, and the lack of communication is very frustrating.

Placed an order at their e-store. No update from the customer service, even I follow up with them, until now they play dead and ignoring me.

I keep coming back to CompAsia not to complain about the units that I purchased. I keep coming back because the units are as good as new. And it long lasts .
All the units that I purchased I sent it back to my country for my family.
Most of them were iphone.
My kids are still using it.
As a helper ,we can't buy HP on cash basis. I'm so thankful because they have grabpay option which is so much more easier. And I can choose what unit I can get.
I've been purchasing at compAsia for more than 3 years I think.
Planning to get tbh.

Dropped off a tablet in Pavilion Bukit Jalil on 28th December 2025, today is 19th January 2026, no disbursement of payment yet. Non reply of customer support via WhatsApp. FYI this is my order ID : MYCAM25086751. It’s already more than 14 working days. I will proceed with legal action and police report is this is not resolved soon

Hi comp Asia, I’m really pissed off with your service , receive your client’s RM2759 and provided a faulty phone. When requested for warranty with solid video proof of the faulty device, took more than one and a half month, took more than 1 and a half month with no news and updates!! Keep saying will expedite, I followed up multiple times still no feedback. Great job! That’s how comp Asia does business? Well done.

Nightmare experience; bought a macbook pro, that was advertised as excellent condition. LCD has lines and was flickering when I received it. Back and forth with level 1 Support continued for more than a month - and then they took Macbook since more than week ago with no replacement and refund. Leaving me in a limbo.
I am thinking to consider claims court if CompAsia cannot make right my purchase.

As far as the last two years dealing with compasia (two selling, and two buying devices from them) I've had no issues. Rather, exceptionally great service from them from my recent purchase of a S22 which they upgraded to S22 Ultra at no cost (due to stock issue).
Not sure if I'm just a rare case but their consistent manner to provide me good service says something.
