It is great as it sell original devices with original device parts. They also allow us to choose the quality, and we get what we selected. They also sell it at a much cheaper price than we can find in physical stores. They also provide installments, but sometimes the rate can total up to be more expensive than a brand new device.

The quality of the phone is on par with brand new phone. The Samsung galaxy S23+ that I purchased has almost zero visible scratches and the battery life is as good as new that lasted me 1 whole day with a single charge. Only room for improvement is the outsourced delivery where their vendor took slightly longer to deliver the phone.

Bad slow unresponsive support and customer service! No other channels to contact them except for WhatsApp and email.
Had to return the IP15 512GB ($882.90). Rated as excellent condition but came with multiple visible dents and scratches.
Returned on 29 Dec 2025. Rider came an hour late at 2pm. Total disregard for the booked collection time slot (9am to 1pm)
Until now, I have received NO UPDATES on what’s going to happen and if a replacement or refund will be done.
I have to keep up with my emails and WhatsApp messages JUST to get a response of “we sincerely apologize. We will get our respective team to look into the matter urgently”. What type of urgency is your urgency about?
