All I can suggest is if you ever want a…
All I can suggest is if you ever want a contract for BtEe do it on the phone or online yourself, not in a shop. An ‘advisor?’ Put my elderly parent on a really expensive £60 halo broadband package with pay as you go phone charges…. 6 calls later the bill was £90!! It was 2 months when I realised, went up the shop with my parents furious, and said they could/should be on a £45 ish contract with free calls (like I am) …. What did they say ‘nothing we can do, they can read they signed the contract’ ! Disgusting attitude, advisors my arse, they are probably on bonuses, have either no knowledge of their own business or are dishonest money grabbers. Anyway I’ll be taking it to customer services etc
Very disappointed with the service…
Very disappointed with the service here. I came in with a Pixel 8 that has an extended warranty, and although the staff were 'nice' to my face, they flat-out refused to help me or fix the device. I felt like they just wanted me out of the store. I ended up going to the Sky store nearby where they fixed it for free without any issues. Avoid this EE branch if you actually need technical support or warranty help.

Brought a phone Christmas from ee merry hill great service, sadly when I went to purchase a phone for myself 10th of April same store totally different attitude one of been not helpful at all you lost a loyal customer that day ,I purchased my phone from another store along with a few extras because great service makes me spend more 😀
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Tamzin at the Boston branch was really helpful, polite, patient and quick to find and resolve the problem.
Plymouth branch rudeness.
We visited the Plymouth store today to talk about our mobile contracts and potential upgrades. The representative who assisted us was extremely impolite. From the moment she approached our table where we were asked to wait, her demeanor was unsatisfactory. She was unhelpful, disrespectful, uninformed, and dismissive. Consequently, we left the store and do not intend to return. I have contacted EE and have my PAC code prepared to transfer to a different provider.
Subject: Poor Customer Service and Incorrect Store Closing Time
I am an EE customer and I recently lost my SIM card. I ordered a replacement SIM online but have not received it yet, so I decided to visit the EE store at 287 Walworth Road, London SE17 2TG.
I arrived at around 5:35 PM, but the store shutters were already closed. According to your official website, the store closing time is 6:00 PM. I knocked and spoke to staff members inside, but they refused to assist and said the store was already closed.
This was very disappointing and inconvenient, especially as I urgently need a replacement SIM. I feel this is poor customer service and misleading store timing information.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and ensure accurate closing times and better customer support in future.
Uni I spoke to his male he's spent 40…
Uni I spoke to his male he's spent 40 minutes on the phone today about 20.mins ago totally hopeless I got no further respect to him and then he just kept me on hold on hold and hold and he said he will sort my previous ad now my compensation my, as it personally he looking for excuses and he didn't bother supporting me or last three weeks I was told to have that failed as well trust up to date and again another staffs are all them are hopeless I was told last time a few weeks ago my phone was sorted that I could use my credits as a pay as you go phone but i tried yesterday it won't allow me to send messages is keep saying not sent and also minute it keeps blocking me I only can make calls to Samaritans ridiculous is that and now simple on compensation failure and lost my trust in all staffs with EE as I got records calls plus the staffs aware of my poor arthritis and asthma they don't nothing for me but left me distressed and emotionally anxious too!
No queuing system
We went yesterday 9 th March 2026 @ 11:45 and were asked to sit and wait which we did. Sales people came free but served people who had walked in well after us leaving us looking like lemons. We left, telling a member of why. No apology. We will not be going back
This is for the shop not EE
I have home broadband and 2 unlimited data sims with EE, I tour the UK in my motorhome and have always had enough network for internet and streaming. This review is specifically about the Bridlington shop and the young man I dealt with.
I went to the EE shop to get help to increase my spend cap. I accepted that he needed to confirm I was a EE customer so answered the obligatory security questions. He wasn't trying to help me, he wanted me to take out a new broadband contract. It would save me the £4 increase and no doubt earned him a commission. He had no intention of helping me. My advice, don't trust the staff in the shop, they are looking after themselves not you.
We recently had an interaction with EE…
We recently had an interaction with EE store in marryhill dudley mall, there is so much miscommunication between staff at store and EE customer support people. Due to the misguidance by a staff member Wolfgang in store, I had to pay extra 30£ for broadband service which I was somehow convinced to have with my existing plan. I was told that I do not have to pay extra charges and broadband will be included in my existing plan but that was clearly a lie. Even they charged me in my cooling off period after cancelling the broadband service. The experience was pathetic and tiring as I had to contact store and EE customer support people multiple times and on top of that I had been put on hold for like ages before actually conversation. I hadn't any idea that I would be treated like this but it was clearly a nightmare.
really great service
went into ee redditch to get a sim for our new phone ,the lady who served us was mahi.she was so good kind and caring and make us feel a valued customer and explained very clear such good service a nice hello and good buy thank you xx
Shocking service towards my ederly…
Shocking service towards my ederly parents, they take advantage of the elderly who are not tech savey.
Terrible service and staff
Terrible service and staff, I’m a customer for a long time I walked in and both staff members saw me come in, they were hanging about by customers and didn’t even acknowledge me or say hello or they wouldn’t be long, or do you mind waiting… nothing, I walked out and I won’t be back, that’s just rude and ignorant, I suggest new training for both of them
I nipped into the EE Store
I nipped into the EE Store, Grand Arcade, Cambridge - whilst in town getting an eye test next door.
Well, Josh could not have been more helpful. I had an ancient (and slightly tired) pixel 6a; the upgrade and pricing was explained well. Advice on length of contract sensible - since I always keep a phone for twice its contract life.
Trully 11/10 service
Be wary of this scammers
Be wary of this scammers. Took my daughter Samasung flip phone for screen protector replace and they tried to charge us £350 for screen replecmany. Avoid at all costs.
Item never get delivered and never get…
Item never get delivered and never get any refund. Have been calling them almost twice a week for 2 months, finally they start the investigation with the carrier, how great their service!
Update: after another month of communication with Paypal (payment method I chose), managed to get the refund from Paypal, no further response or action from EE!
Went to Daventry EE store…
Went to Daventry EE store today,Immediately served by a lovely well mannered customer adviser Michael,My mum needed to upgrade her old phone,He was friendly, informative and easily explained a new contract to myself and my mum,Highly recommend Daventry store and this extremely helpful gentleman
Thankyou
I had a great experience with customer…
I had a great experience with customer service at EE. Michal, the gentleman who helped us in the store, was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. We were also helped by a short blonde lady who was extremely friendly and helpful — she went out of her way to make sure everything was sorted. Excellent service all around. Highly recommended
Rude store manager
Think man in charge in Yate store needs some custom service training! Went today 2/1/26 my husband had problems with his phone, the staff were very helpful but the manager, well! I went in with my husband and it was obvious it would take a while so as I had a cough I went to the chemist opposite for cough sweets then came back, sat back down and waited, still going through phone so I decided I would pop in the travel agents next door, when I got up the manager asked me to wait till it was sorted and was told each time I entered the shop it counted as a customer, so appeared to make them busy? I stupidly sat back down and waited for a while ,then decided how ridiculous this was being asked to sit down as if I was an unruly child so I went out shopping on my return the manager sarcasticly said oh hello again, I could of been so rude but I wasn't!
EE DARTFORD AWFUL
EE DARTFORD
I’m on PAYG and they are switching off 2 &3 g
Was told to go to the EE shop dartford to have my sim changed.
I went there today, there were two staff manning the shop and no customers.
I asked them to upgrade my sim, they asked if it was PAYG and when I said yes they said the machine was broken and needed to wait for the engineers to repair it.
Being a layman I said ok and went to gravesend branch, great bunch so helpful and lo and behold it’s all done on a laptop no machine involved.
DARTFORD EE A WASTE OF SPACE . LIERS . A bad representative for EE.
Taking people for idiots is not nice.
Shame on you and EE for allowing them to work for you.
PS & we are supposed to trust these people and sign contracts. Shocking
