Found the item I was looking for at a competitive price and ordered.
Was received promptly with minimum fuss.
Regrettably went on to return the item due to it missing an integration with some existing hardware I specifically desired not being there (through no fault of everything smart.io at all and the vast majority of other hardware integrating as I desired).
Return was handled professionally with good communication and minimal fuss.

Would definitely recommend as pleasant and efficient to deal with - a refreshing and welcome change from a lot of e-commerce interactions.

Wanted to order a Home Assistant Green and this was the only UK supplier with stock listed on the home assistant site.
Ended up placing an order for a Green and Voice Preview. Although, after some time reading on the thing I'd need to do what I want to do I realised I needed some more parts, so put in another order.

In less than 24 hours everything was delivered, which surprised me as the delivery fee wasn't very high. However in addition to the record sped delivery, I also noticed my delivery fee for the 2nd order had been refunded, without me even requesting it.

I'd never heard of the company before but will definitely aim to use them again the the future.
