This was a waisted trip to this store! Employees weren't of any help. Will never go to another hobby lobby, ever!!!!

Extremely dissatisfied of HobbyLobby.com. I received poor customer service when I asked for a replacement item. The item was not In the shape of what I paid for it. I am unable to find a store that carries this item to switch it out. I wish they were thoughtful and had selected a better item to send to me in the first place.I will not be ordering online from them again!!

I wanted to express my disappointment with Hobby Lobby’s online experience. I will NEVER shop at Hobby Lobby ever again, and I will tell as many people about the poor customer service I received.

I shopped on their website for fabric. I found some that I liked, and since shipping was a flat rate, I added 2 small elastic bundles for $1.99. After my card was charged, and after they had shipped the elastic, I got an email that said I won’t be receiving my fabric, I won’t have any other option for this purchase, but HEY, we didn’t charge you for the fabric. BUT I did have to pay full price for shipping that elastic that I could have picked up in the store. (It probably cost them $1 for shipping this little thing of elastic). I was never given the option of declining the rest of my purchase. They needed the sale that bad, apparently.

So I called customer service. I left a message the first time around after being on hold for 15 minutes. Of course, nobody ever called me back. Later in the afternoon I called, and was told no credit, coupon or refund for me! I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was given a voicemail. Guess what – I’m STILL WAITING for supervisor Tonya to call me back. I will be shocked if she does.

So, it may seem like a little thing to Hobby Lobby, but due to the lack of service and care (they could have created a life-long customer), I will get more than $7 worth out of telling everyone I know why I would never shop at Hobby Lobby again.

I feel as though prices are really jacked up at Hobby Lobby. Maybe they figure everybody will use the coupon. They don’t accept Michael’s coupons either (Michael’s accepts theirs).Their art supplies are low quality. Barely any professional caliber merchandise, mostly crafter.I like the fabric and notions department as there are very few fabric stores left.
Hate the huge supply of cornball sayings preprinted on signs and other products. Who buys that crap?

Using their website sucks. I reset my password then tells me failed to login and too many will lock me out. I know what I changed it to, 3 times, now same thing. Guess they just lost a sale.

I LOVE my “HOBBY LOBBY” I just wish I didn’t have to drive so far to get there!😖. I’m always impressed with their quality of merchandise & the unique items I’ve found in the past! If they were around when I 1st purchased my home, I’d have bought EVERYTHING fm them!🥰. I can buy crafts, home decor or holiday items they have it all. As previously stated the ONLY drawback is it’s over an hr away.😖😖😨

Love this store, not fond of the prices. But if you need unique, this is where to go. One thing I noticed recently is that the quality of some things are outstanding, and others where quickly made. I'm a hobbyist wood turner so when I saw their wood vases I was saddened by the quality. Whoever made them didn't clean there edges or tool marks. They whipped them out with no time to perfect. I get keeping it rustic, but rustic doesn't mean sloppy. Some of the openings weren't even centered! Okay, rant over. But most hobby lobby items are great. And they always have a 50% off coupon online, so that evens out the price.

Custodio service bad when i call 20 minsts waiting .bad company

Received damaged items. No one answers the phone @ 1-800-888-0321. I need a credit or replacement for these items.

I I understand that online orders are taking longer now, but there is no excuse for ignoring a customer email inquiry, made multiple times.

Interesting, after this I received a refund from PayPal, no explanation from Hobby Lobby. Satisfied

i've always had terrible experiences at Hobby Lobby! Stay away!

Hobby Lobby has always been one of my favorite stores. Due to COVID, I resorted to doing mostly online shopping. I placed a large order with Hobby Lobby and was pleased with the end result. Order was received timely. All items were included and nothing was damaged. I’m very excited to get back into the store once it’s safe! Highly recommended!

I bought some paint no tag brought another one same brand one matte one gloss manger Michael at Clinton Hwy in Knox Tenn was asked if he knew price ,if the same he said no different price REAL RUDE kepted walking NO HELP AT ALL we are going to Joanna Fabric know after spending 100.00 SO SAD ACROSS TOWN WE GO

I would give zero stars if I could. Frame glass is broken and unusable and I can’t return?! First and last time shopping here.

Need to make a return for broken merchandise ordered online. Have emailed customer service several times no response. Store will not accept return and online phone number is not accepting calls. They also will not answer emails!!! I just want a refund for broken item sent to me!

Terrible. I ordered a puzzle and received an entirely different puzzle. There is no way to return it without my paying to return it.
Upon opening it, we found the box had only been fake glued-sealed together and the pieces were loose inside, not bagged as in a new puzzle. There were many pieces already put together! Obviously USED!
Also... Who knows if all pieces are there!? I will never order from hobby lobby again.

You cannot call Hobby Lobby and you cannot get connected to their website. I placed an order for Deco mesh. Only part of the order was delivered yet I was not refunded any money. I know that the country is in crisis but if you're not going to fulfill order then refund my money. I tried calling and I was told that you are not answering the phone. How else would a person get in touch with you other than write a bad review for your service. I intend on getting my money back even if I have to go to the BBB. What a way to run a business. It took two weeks waiting for my order, only to find out that Hobby Lobby kept part of it.

I realize this is tough times right now but when you receive an order from a company there should be someone available to resolve any issues I have tried their email And the link won’t work and I have tried the phone number and there’s no one to answer on the other end pretty poor business practice in my books

Fantastic store with crazy great coupon for art supplies. I love this place. Please keep up the great work and sales!
