More than value for money
I was really impressed. Expected a few scratches on the casing, couldn't find any. Superb value for money, I expected my Chromebook to be a wreck considering the price, but it's faultless. Arrived in a matter of a few days. Already considering coming back for something else in the near future.

Great Product with even better support
I purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad T570 for one of my customers from Lizard Tech Solutions (LTS) via Back Market and when setting up it had a problem with the hard disk drive.
I should acknowledge the laptop was in superb condition cosmetically; it looked hardly used and was very competitively priced! The battery life is also excellent, one of the problems I have encountered purchasing second hand hardware.
Due to the way I purchased the item I had to communicate with LTS via Back Market, this was a problem especially when I got replies to my requests as it looked like I was communicating directly with LTS. This caused confusion and was contradictory causing me to give LTS a poor review.
Eventually, I was able to speak directly with LTS and resolve the issue amicably. Due to this direct communication my problem was resolved and I am pleased to say that I would be happy to recommend Lizard Tech solutions to any of my customers, family and friends whom I prefer to purchase their hardware direct from the supplier so that the warranty resides with them and not via me.
I will be delivering the laptop to my customer this week and I am certain that they will be delighted with their purchase.
