Just a few words , I had an issue with my DNP 820 Printer. After reaching out to various people I gave a photosmart a call and explained the issue I had been having.
A gentleman on tech support by the name of Iliyan Hristov gave me step by step instructions over the phone. His knowledge and expertise was a great help.
Just thought I would share my experience with others.

I want to leave a great review for Iliyan Hristov at Photomart for the outstanding help he gave me with an IT issue on my WCM Plus printer kit.
I had been struggling to resolve the problem and couldn’t get the support I needed elsewhere, but Iliyan stepped in and helped when no one else could. He was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely professional throughout the whole process. He quickly understood the issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure the problem was fully resolved.
His technical expertise and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer support and genuinely committed to helping.

New Laptop and Printer driver issues/ now resolved
I was in a bit of a pickle as my new MSI windows 11 Laptop is new to me.
I want to hook it up with my Mitsubishi dye printer as my old Dell inspiron has a smaller screen and I didn't know how to progress with this as Mitsubishi do not support with the drivers like in the past.
I called Photomart who I have used over the years and remembered there was a tech specialist named Illiyan who was always helpful back in the day when I bought my first dye sublimation old Kodak printer.
I sent Illiyan an email after contacting thebphotomart team.
And his response was swift and very helpful and he provided me with the current 64 bit drivers I required to set up the new 17" Laptop with my oldie but goodie Mitsubishi printer.
There was no one else I could have contacted and the online help bia Google was long and no answers
So this Tech man has been a god - send and he knows his stuff and help me install the drivers on the laptop
So now I.am ready for this weekend event
Illiyan was very courteous and professional when I called him direct as I am not technical , and he has made this possible
Giving thanks he's still at Photomart and on the other end of the phone

Would not recommend them
Would not recommend them. I purchased a studio lighting kit which included an umbrella and soft box. They never sent the soft box and when I contacted them they made up all sorts of excuses telling me that I didn’t not click each item individually even though I ordered exactly what was on their website as a complete kit. Then as a gesture of goodwill the manager sent me another umbrella which is of very inferior quality. The reflectors I also had to order separately as now I did not have a soft box, did not even fit the lights at all and they refused to take it back saying it was past the date to return in spite of me never being happy from the first instance. They will lie and do everything to avoid you after they have got your money. Not a trustworthy company at all !

Terrible service, terrible product and total liars
Terrible service, website crashed at payment, tried several methods to contact and was completely ignored til I chased them 3 times on the phone! Lied in a Facebook review reply saying they didn’t have contact details when I gave my email in the Facebook message (which was apparently unclear!?) they said I did not email which was a lie as I have the sent email, and I had to tell them the price was different to what theirs website took from my card as that product was actually out of stock! The guy on the phone couldn’t care less if he tried!!!
To add insult, the product is flimsy and cheap looking, yet a similar price to another supplier of much higher quality!

Avoid!! Your return will cost a lot for you. Will never buy again
Avoid!!! Bought item for 817£. Decided to go for another studio lighting and after 7 days wanted to make a return and buy another light. First of all there were no information about the return (in the email or in the invoice/delivery slip), emailed them, no respond for 3 days, after 4 more emails, finally responded saying: "we can arrange collection for you it will be £15.00 + vat and 15% re-stocking fee!!!! Just count 15% from the amount of 817£! I have not even open my box with delivery. My delivery was still packed as received. And I will have to pay for restocking? For just putting the item on the shelve again? Will never buy from them again and not recommend to others! Avoid!!!

Horrible little company, kept my money and did not dispatch goods
Fantastic little company if you want liars and cheats! Order for approx £900 paid via credit card online around mid Feb 19. Received a call stating 'due to security reasons' I must pay via bank transfer as its my first order. I initially thought this was strange as its the first company in 35 years who have said this! As any normal person would do, I waiting for my refund on my credit card so I could pay via bank transfer. 1 month later I got in touch via phone with 'J' 'P', asking for my full refund as I felt something was not right. I was advised on 4 different occasions a refund had been processed and it can take upto 7 days to show on my account. I waited 14 days still nothing. I then got in touch via email stating my concerns and they refused to put it in an email that they had refunded me after me asking a number of times for proof of this. In the end they stopped responding after I quoted section 75 of the consumer credit act 1974, at which point they cc'd their legal team into it and disabled my photomart account, I had also included one of the directors but it seems like the whole company is crooked. I will now look at passing this to action fraud to look into. Horrible horrible little company to deal with. I have since ordered with their competitor who have been the total opposite. Good riddance to photo mart.

Very friendly when purchasing but if you have any problems they are abrupt, evasive and unhelpful.
Customer services is a minus 5 stars.
