JIMMY NAIL IS NOT TERRY BUTCHER

Ordered the Terry butcher skateboard and when it arrived it had one wheel missing and the picture of Mr butcher was a picture of Jimmy nail. My 5 year old cried for days. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER GERS.

Disgusting customer service

Never received the £65 worth of goods. The courier (Evri) admitted to losing the parcel. Rangers Store/J Carter sporting club Ltd were fully aware of this yet still did not issue a refund which was their legal obligation, had to raise a case through PayPal to get my money back . Absolute sham of a company that couldn't care less about the customers and is a disgrace to the football club. Buyers beware, you might not receive the goods. This lot won't reply to messages and clearly think they can just keep you're money.

Total rip off …

Ordered a gents top in the sale for £11 charged me £4 for delivery, send a womans top size 10 and charged me £5.50 to return it , just gave £9.50 for no reason because of there mistake.
Big retailers have return deals with carriers at a set price somewhere in the region of £0.80p per parcel so doing the mathe they've got £7.90 for absolutely nothing brilliant buisness wish I had thought of it but then again am not a person to rip people off .

Don't bother, waste of time

Ordered a jumper from their website a few days ago and it never even arrived. Said it was out for delivery on the 6th but apparently it's still at their depot and was meant to be sent back to them on the 10th? What a waste of time, I expect better from the club I've supported my whole life.

Worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service ever.. brought a personalised shirt, for my husband 50th and has turned up with the wrong name and number.
When spoke to the bot was told that they checked order and confirmed it was wrong name and a real person would email me with is 2 days.
The real person told me that the name and number I got was what I ordered

I spent £320 trying to order one shirt.

I spent £320 trying to order one bloody shirt. This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! They are unable to print personalised shirts with the correct name on it if the personalisation order even goes through. I was trying to buy a shirt for my dads 67th birthday who has been a life long rangers fan but I had to re order the shirts 4 times and return 3 of them to get the correct shirt. This is his first time getting a rangers shirt with his name on the back and my god was it an awful experience.

Unorganised and disappointing service

Ordered a personalised shirt for my dad’s 60th birthday in June.
First shirt turned up with no personalisation so had to organise a return where I wouldn’t have to pay (charge £5 to return items).
Order the 2nd one and arrives with the wrong personalisation. Complained to the customer service outlet and was told a new shirt with the correct personalisation couldn’t be done and I’d have to return the shirt I received and re-order again. It is now august so I don’t see the point. Still having to send back the shirt they sent out which was wrong to receive my refund. Faffy and disappointing service.

Bench Coat Excellent

Sooo, the 3 stars. This is because of paying the extra for next day delivery (ordered mid-evening) but I might as well have paid for normal because it was two days anyway. Having said that the bench coat is amazing quality with brilliant deep pockets (I've had other official club wear for my English team but nothing like this). Size fits perfectly (3XL I'm 6ft and 18 stone) and the lining and lightweight wear is really good. Happy with goods NOT HAPPY with delivery time. Will be requesting a refund on that.

I ordered this top on Nov 20.
I have continually emailed about this order, asking what is happening with my top.
I went into the Rangers shop after the St Johnstone game Jan 12 th.
There were at least 20 tops in my size, I asked the supervisor if I could take one of the tops as I had ordered it on line.
She said that’s not the way it works, as it was ordered online they would not give me the top.
I then sent another email with photos of the top from the Rangers Shop.
I was told unfortunately that’s not how it works, i asked to speak to someone on the phone but they have no phone number.
I received an email then saying they had cancelled my order and gave me a full refund.
I have since ordered the top from Sports Direct who is owned by Mike Ashley, I would never usually buy anything from his companies ,it has came 2 days later in the post.
I will not be buying any more products from the Rangers on line shop.

Evri have yet again delivered to wrong…

Evri have yet again delivered to wrong address on an important parcel required this week. I have not been able to speak to human regarding the issue, sent a form and told where to return it.
I will never purchase from Rangers again. Shocking customer service. I just want my money back. Dissapointed life long fan. I intend to share my view on every media platform I access.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!

ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY.
Ordered a personalised shirt - came without personalisation, then had me send photos to prove how useless they are before refunding me the personalisation fee.
AVOID!!!

Best customer experience

I ordered 4 items including a custom Souness kit. All of the items arrived at my doorstep within 3 days which is insane considering that: I live in America, I ordered a custom kit, and I chose the cheapest shipping option. I can’t speak on other people’s experiences, but maybe some of the other reviews are from Celtic fans disguised as Rangers supporters?
