Diabolical customer service
Diabolical customer service. For 10 days my order was listed as being processed. After numerous emails I received no information on my order. Eventually used the online option, yet still no further forward, no ETA. They seriously need to sort their process out ASAP. I honestly feel like I am being scammed and I will never receive my order.
Worst customer experience ever
Worst customer experience ever. There was a clear mistake made on their end and no help offered at all. I did not receive the product I bought and they want me to pay for the shipping fee to return it. I wanted a Tavernier jersey, and they sent me a plain jersey. I bought it as a gift for a friend as he is a huge HSV fan and wanted to have the Tavernier shirt as a memory of the match we saw in Glasgow, when we came over from Hamburg due to the Fan Friendship. He already has a plain jersey, so this jersey is just useless and won’t be used. The return page to sent the jersey back, doesn’t even work, as I have not received the print. So the system thinks my order is still pending. The experience with the customer service was overall honestly just horrible. They offered no real help at all and all they could tell me were no sincere apologies. They had no solution for the problem they produced in the first place. My expectation is, that you send the right product to replace the wrong one you sent. That will be the last time I have ever bought there.

I'm still awaiting my order after 11 days. I paid for a 2-4 day delivery and all you get from customer services is an automated generic response offering no real help. I had to therefore contact the rangers concierge to get a refund on the delivery costs, yet i'm still awaiting the items to be delivered. They also use Evri/Hermes who are a questionable courier service at the best of times. How can the majority of other suppliers get items out to you in a timely manner yet this company cannot? After reading similar reviews I think Rangers really need to look into their internal processes, as I will certainly not be ordering from this site again.

Horrible communication
I first placed the order on Dec.3rd in time for Xmas. It did not arrive for Xmas as promised. The pants did not fit so I had to return them, I sent numerous emails and eventually got a reply by a guy who told me to return it using the UK portal. I’m in Canada. He didn’t even look at my order. I sent more emails and no response. Finally I got a response because a friend in Scotland emailed on behalf of me. I was then able to return the pants and get a refund. (Not a full refund either, they short changed me by $15CDN). The rest of my order was two women’s bench coats, which as of last week had not been shipped and no communication other than, we are working on it. Then, I get an email saying I’m getting a refund as they are out of stock. 2 MONTHS AFTER THE FACT! At the end of it all apologies don’t mean much. I’m a loyal customer. By the way, you ruined last Xmas as well, as your order didn’t show up in time. But I didn’t pursue that. I’ve sent emails asking a manager contact me and those are ignored. After such terrible treatment why not offer me something, like 50% off next order or something that would help make up for ruining Xmas back to back years because you can’t keep up. Either change your shipping quoted times or be better. Better does stop and it stops at Xmas time. if you want to reach out, make things right. But I doubt I’ll hear from you. We were physically at your store last August. I should have aired my grievances from the last Christmas debacle with a manager while I was there as emails don’t get me anywhere. I’m a lifelong fan of Rangers, otherwise I’d never deal with you again. But alas, I will. However, I’m going to put as many reviews online as possible to warn others. Ordered a top just over 6 weeks ago. Two days later received an email with a tracking link saying it would be delivered the next day. Never received the top and whenever I check the tracking link it says the courier has still to receive the item. Have emailed 3 times to try to find out what has happened. Each time I just get an automated response saying a customer services representative will email me back within the next 5 days. They never do
As a Rangers fan it saddens me to have to write a negative review about Rangers, but feel like this is the only way they will actually listen.
Hoping this review prompts them to contact me, but if not will have to look at getting my bank to reverse the charges.

Went into Ibrox stadium shop today it was closed not even sign in window to tell you it has moved . Almost drove past alternative location . Finally found 1teashirt at a reasonable price went to pay only to be told this till for museum gifts only ,walked over to line of 8 checkouts with 1 guy working on them 2 girls messing about with stadium sign totally ignored me supervisor or manager standing staring into space like forest gump finally had to ask to pay for shirt only to be told the girls were busy and about to take my money in a cheeky grudgeing manner at this point i told them to keep the shirt and walked out . won't be back disgusted with whole experience

I orddrd items in the black Friday sale one came within a week, the 2 other items however never appeared, when i emailed them they said they would be dispatched within 10 working days of when tbe order was placed and apologised for the delay. This never happened either and when i questioned it further no reasoning was given they just refunded my money, now if i want the items, that were xmas gifts by the way, i will need to pay full price.
I expect more from an institution the size of Rangers, but i do understand that it is not Rangers but Castore that are at fault, Rangers need to get shot of them, to my understanding this is not the only time this sort of thing has happend with them.
I try my best to only shop in tge Rangers store, for obvious resons, but i dont think i will bother next time. Far to much hassle and so unprofesional.

As of ten minutes ago 3 of the cancelled items are still showing as available on the website so it's a bit of a headscratcher.
It's a weird way of running an operation but who am I to argue with one of the most premium sports brands out there?

This is a shambles and embarrassment from Rangers. I ordered kits last year and delivery and customer service was shocking but with Black Friday sale I thought I would get some kits for Christmas presents. Ordered 2 kits on 24/11/23 and waited 3 weeks with no delivery info and showing as still processing. Contacted shambolic customer service which is just an automated reply. Got an email a few days back saying an item had been dispatched but the other was still being processed, as of today the other kit has been refunded and back up to original price online. I will never use this website again and I would advice everyone to else to stay well clear.

As a loyal Rangers fan and customer of the Rangers store, I am bitterly disappointed with the abysmal non existent customer service.
I have had multiple issues with ordering from the Rangers store over the past couple of years and have stupidly giving it the benefit of the doubt when placing further orders…well I can genuinely say I’ll never order again.
I placed an order on 24th of November, 2 items were missing from my order on arrival. I have sent various emails looking for an update/ estimated delivery date for the missing items as they are a present for my sons Christmas and I’ve been continually fobbed off with “delays due to high demand”. More like they have over sold stock and don’t have any current stock to send out. Happy to take your money but not provide the goods. It’s disgraceful.
Not to mention the only form of contact is via email which takes days for a reply and any reply received is absolutely useless with no clear answer or certainty.
It’s absolutely shambolic and it’s a disgusting way to treat fans who want to purchase merchandise. Rangers need to look for a reputable company to supply kits and merchandise as Castore is giving Rangers a bad name and are robbing fans of their hard earned money. Next stop is trading standards.

Ordered my products on the 4th Nov, to be on the safe side. About a week later received an email and refund saying two of my items had been refunded....no explanation. I messaged them to complain and they replied with an automated email saying about delays because of busier times. Asked for a reason and it was they were moving warehouse. I explained this had nothing to do with my refund and surely when I ordered the stock was available. I emailed again and got the same automated response. I emailed again after another product was refunded. I received 10%compensation. I emailed again after another week and asked for a refund as this was a Christmas present. Again an automated response. I had to email again and ask for a refund so that I could go out and buy something else. I received a refund but instead of refunding the rest of the money, they took back the compensation had been given recently and deducted it from the amount that was owed.
I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated. I would never advise anyone to use the website. I ordered 7 weeks before Christmas to be on the safe side but still didn't receive anything.
The service is a ioke. Come on Rangers support your fans and sort this out.

Absolute embarrassment of a company. Taking order for stock they clearly do not have in stock. You get better customer service from a market stall trader than these cowboys. My advice is to avoid . Zero stars should be an option - there is NO service, NO customer care and NO products or delivery to rate!!!
Order placed on 24th Nov 2023. Delivery is listed as 3-5 working days, 7-10 during busier periods. We waited the 10 WORKING days before contacting the ONLY method - the concierge email address. No phone number, no live chat, no way to use social media to get in touch, no nothing. Just give us your money and we don't care!
There is an automated message to say you will receive a written reply within 5 working days. That time scale has now also passed, as well as a further 5 working days with my order still being 'processed'.
There are no updates, no way to get an accurate update and no way to find out anything.
On the 17th Dec, we will have not got our order which is all for Christmas.
I appreciate that the automated email reply states that there was a higher than anticipated demand on stock, however to leave customers with no information or way to find anything out completely unacceptable. An email could be sent to customers, an update could be posted on their website or social media. There ARE ways to communicate with customers, it just seems that Rangers DO NOT care. I have never heard of such delays, even at Christmas. Small independent companies are getting stock out, and communicating with customers, why aren't Rangers?

Ordered 3 items on the 1st Dec, received 1 item last week. Checked account and it says other 2 items processing. Have sent numerous emails, 1 email received back stating.. sorry for delay, due to Black Friday and Christmas there is issues with stock in warehouse. No mention whatsoever when 2 items will even be dispatched. They could clearly have stated on website item out of stock or delays highly possibly. I certainly wouldn't have taken the risk ordering if I'd have known there is a massive backlog. Lots of people are now out the expense of items they have bought an not received yet and are now left stressed not knowing if they will arrive before Christmas or they have to go and purchase more gifts, and leave themselves out of pocket If your prepared to wait weeks on delivery and no communication or phone number for customer services then good luck on receiving items within a normal and extended timescale
