Awful I have a order from rangers and…
Awful I have a order from rangers and one from Castore both of which I'm having issues with! They only send a few items and haven't sent the huge parts of my orders! No reply to multiple emails!! I suspect both are linked (which I didn't know when buying!) Please deal with customers emails and send the items people have paid for or refund people this isn't acceptable!!!

Terrible communication/service/fulfilment/updates.
Ordered on 25th November. Delayed delivery expected with christmas orders but not to receive 2 items out of 6 with the other 4 being left on 'processing' with no updates or replies from concierge email address which is well past the '5 day' reply time scale.
Placed order on 24/11
Placed order on 24/11, after waiting over two weeks with status on order still showing as "processing," I contacted them and was assured that the warehouse was working on my order. Since then I have sent two emails without reply and am unable to get an update on my order. This does not appear to be uncommon with the on-line sales.I can't even get a reply to request a refund if order is not completed. I will never use the on-line service again. Pity you can't give minus stars.
Terrible service, 1 Star is generous
Ordered 3 items on the 15th of November. Was emailed on 27thbof November to be informed that one item would be refunded. I was fine with this as that was something for myself where as the rest where Christmas presents. Heard nothing for ages. Emailed them on December 11th for an update, and then today (December 12th) I receive another email saying I'm being refunded for the other items. One of those items is still listed for sale on the website so I've no idea what they are playing at.
Worst in Class. Avoid at all costs
Ordered on Black Friday with a promise of delivery in 5 working days. After 10 working days i emailed and was sent an automated email saying it should take 10 working days from date of order. Needless to say that this new delivery target has been missed. No phone number and no reply to emails. Purchases bought for Christmas and I have no idea if they will arrive on time. Appalling customer service would be an improvement as they don't have any! Would not recommend and wont be using again!

Ordered November 11th - still no delivery. Emailed for an update after 10 days and warehouse delays were the reason given. Waited further 7 days with no update on my order processing, so emailed again.
I was advised due to Black Friday & Christmas they are very busy - but I ordered prior to this! Email reply says to give 14 working days for delivery. I have now given 21 working days and still no item delivered & no update as to where it even is.

Cant leave 0 stars, order was made in November and got 3 out the 5 items ordered, the items i am missing are still for sale on the Rangers website in the sizes ive ordered, how is this possible nearly 3 weeks later? Please help. I would understand if it was out of stock ect, i have emailed twice and been patched twice, used the site several times wity no issues before, disappointed to say the least

I would give the rangers store minus 5 stars if that was an option. I ordered items on the 15th of November. It is now the 10 th of December and not even an email from them to update me. I stupidly made 2 other separate orders after this and I’ve only received 2 items of my last order. The service is an absolute joke . If the stuff doesn’t turn up before Xmas then they have ruined Xmas for my kids . Baa humbug rangers. Get it sorted
False advertising
False advertising. Unable to fulfill orders due to "No stock...."
I ordered a double XL pro shirt for my Dad for an Xmas gift 7 days ago and delivery time was 7-10 days (which I felt was long considering you need to pay for delivery).
Anyway I wasn't bothered as plenty of time and ordered as it was apparently black Friday sale and was cheapest offer £50, excellent it seemed - as coming directly from Rangers, one would assume they'd be the best place to order a Rangers strip/product from.... I was wrong!
Card was charged same day as order was processed and I received an email 6 days later to say 'order cancelled due to NO stock.' Again fine, these things happen but the website is CONTINUING to sell these tops and that size TODAY! Why if you have no stock????
Still haven't received my refund and will probably be another 5-7 days for that too reach my account.
Fortunantely I was able to order from another store, but at a higher cost. Which YOU should be paying for the hassle and misleading service you provided to me and clearerly other customers based the negative reviews - which are highly accurate!
My advice AVOID.
Order from JD Sports or another online outlet rather than these theives!
If you can't fulfill the orders stop taking peoples money, cancelling the order a week later then processing their refunds several days after you charge customers!
People cannot afford too be without the product this long! AND some people may need their refund before they are able to order from another store!
People will no doubt have missed out on discounts from other reliable companies because they chose to order from you directly expecting TRUST, when in fact you get the EXACT OPPOSITE.
Shameful and terrible service.

bought a jacket plus postage. jacket is faulty and the rangers shop want me to pay to return item and say if want refund i would loose the cost of the return. supported rangers for over 50 years but will never buy any item from them again. i thought mike ashley was bad. no wonder they have no money
Lovely customer service
I accidentally put a wrong address in so the parcel could not be delivered, however they were kind enough to recreate a label for me and solve the issue instead of me having to go through the order again. The communication has been wonderful and really kind, thanks Eric and Lia! Will buy again soon.

I have placed lots of orders and generally been okay. Using Evri as a company to deliver doesn’t help any. I purchased a hoodie from Rangers on 28/11/22. I am been in contact with them several times chasing up my order. I had not received my parcel on 17/12/22 and as I was going away I emailed them to tell them to cancel my delivery. Emails were sent on 15/12 (because I knew it wouldn’t be with me on time), 17/12 and 20/12, I am still waiting on any form of reply.
The item arrived today and was refused by my neighbour but the driver still marked it as being delivered. Dreadful, dreadful company to speak to or get any confirmation from.
Don't believe the shirt sizing chart
Checked the sizing chart on the website very carefully before ordering. Delivery was longer than expected (but it is Xmas so not a massive issue). Opened the items only ot find that the size on the chart is the measurement size not the fitting size (small mens says 38-40inch so I'd expected it would have a bit of room but found it actually measures 40 inch so will be snug to say the least). Went to arrange an exchange but that's not possible, so now have to pay more to replace as I'd used a cyber code, AND have to pay return postage all due to a rubbish d misleading size chart! NOT happy! The positives are that the products were lovely so when I get the right size I'll be happy!
