Very helpful with my situation

Great customer service and follow up.

Before I ordered humidx humifiers for my air mini the phone representative answered my questions clearly and explained how the things work. All the products came quickly and work well. Great support people.

Pain in the ***to get some HumiX inserts. If Amazon had them would have been easy. Lousy customer service.

I had some questions that the person on the phone gave simple straight forward answers to.

1) Delay due to duration of rx - coap machines are forever
2) said you would contact physician - never did - i did!
3)Signature requirement not mentioned at start; an unholy imposition on single working man and FEDEX would allow diversion
WORST online ordering experience EVER

The airmini worked great. I loved it! It was very quiet and easy to use.

I am very pleased with my AirMini and am benefiting from this investment. It’s so easy and comfortable to travel with and not ‘noisy’, as some have reported. ResMed has been very supportive and prompt with service. I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend this purchase.

I got my order quickly! It was accurate, and ResMed was very easy to work with. They made it easy to upload my prescription.

Ordering was easy except for the confusion about needing the perscription for ordering supplies. I had some issues trying to upload a digital copy of the perscription but after sending a message the tech team found the problem and fixed it. The order went through quickly and I recieved my supplies prior to my trip so bravo on the follow through.

I will give 4 stars because ResMed makes great products, but I am a little let down by their store. The store itself is nice in ways, but I have a few issues. Issue #1: I ordered an AirMini N20 Setup Pack a few weeks ago but now I cannot order anything from the site. I get the error, "ResMed Shop is not yet licensed to ship medical devices to your area. To check another zip code, click here or find a retailer near you who can ship to your area" Issue #2: Why on earth does it only let you order AirMini products? Issue #3: The checkout itself is very "Shopify" feeling. That's not a big deal, but it feels kind of cheaply done. Fix at least the first 2 issues and I'd definitely upgrade to 5 stars.

Michael Devane provided outstanding customer service each time I reached out. I appreciate that Michael knew how to interface with Mayo Clinic to obtain the correct prescription information. He is knowledgeable about the product and process, has excellent communication skills and ensured that I received the product in a timely fashion. I referred my husband and he had the same excellent experience.
