We've never bought a mattress online but took a chance and wasn't disappointed. Item matched the description, was well made, supportive & super comfortable. Communication throughout was great especially on day of delivery. Didn't realise just how much we needed a new mattress till we got one 😴

Poor customer service
Ordered a dog bed, the quality was terrible with no padding in the base. I sent several emails to return with no reply. Had to phone and speak to someone to arrange return. It’s now been 2 weeks and still no refund

Amazing dog bed
The dog bed I ordered is extremely well made and my dog absolutely adores it. So easy to wash and keep clean. I ordered a medium Size for my Shitzu and he fits into it just right.

Terrible customer services warranty claims
The bed has been really good until now but trying to get in touch with customer services is terrible.
I've been trying since the beginning of 26 to chase issues with our mattress and base but replays from customer services are now non existent. I have 3 email addresses and even tried contacting them again via the website and still no response. The last time they emailed me back was the 10th February and I have chased it 5+ times since and 0 response.
I have tried to complain and give deadlines but got no where. One more week from now and I think trading standards or some sort of ombudsman is the next step for me as this is not acceptable service.

100% positive experience
Really prompt acknowledgement of my order and a delivery date which was sooner than I expected. The driver rang one hour before the delivery and the mattress was carried into the room I wanted it placing - all with no fuss and efficiently done.
