Steelcase Migration Table Quality

Cosmetic defects are handled through change of mind returns, which I think is somewhat unfair since the products are meant to be high end.

You are only offered a small partial refund of $50 dollars.

I purchased 3 office chairs

I purchased 3 office chairs, but Steelcase do not have the color of the chair we want, so we don't have much choice. I went to the showroom before, but they did not open and need to make appointment, it is not convenient, as I went there during office hour actually. BTW, I'm still waiting for the headset of our chairs.

Chair shipped with missing part

Chair shipped with missing part, thus making it impossible to assemble. Chair only comes in 3 pieces, how hard is it to count to 3 when packing a product? Broken English support couldn’t even type “sorry,” in the email, and have said it could take “several weeks” for a replacement part to be shipped TO THEM, let alone to me. This is a $2500 product, not some chump change. More than a new phone, more than a new laptop, more than a new TV, and this is the level of service they provide.

Comfortable chairs, disappointing service

I ordered two chairs in different colors from this company, along with matching headrests for both. Unfortunately, the chairs were delivered with the wrong headrests attached, resulting in mismatched chairs. I had to wait nearly two weeks for an installer to come and fix the issue, which meant staying home from the office to wait for someone to arrive in a 3-hour window. A little more attention to detail would have made for a much smoother experience. That said, the chairs themselves are comfortable so far. However, I’ve found it a bit tricky to get the armrests to the exact same height on both sides, and they tend to swivel easily, which makes it difficult to keep them in the desired position.

Excellent delivery and chair!

Excellent delivery and chair! Has been amazing and comfortable the whole time. There’s a QR close with a link to a great video for how to set up the chair ergonomically which really helped! My only complaint is that the “assembly instructions” are pretty unhelpful so I had to look up the assembly video myself to be sure I was putting the spacer in the right way

Steelcase Series 2

Took a bit of time deciding on which seat and waiting for a discount.

Ended up with this and have been loving it. My back is loving it. Looks good. It doesn’t break the bank, build quality is solid. It’s on the heavy side but that’s a good thing.

My purchase includes one chair with…

My purchase includes one chair with headest. I agreed with your service support that they can deliver chair first while waiting for headrest. Now it is 2nd week of oct. it is almost a month and there is no ETA as of when the headrest to be delivered.

Very disappointed.

Customer service is "Meh"

I had a scheduled appointment but yet the person in the store decided to accept a "walk in" customer.
I came with a budget of 1000 USD but yet the person in the store did not take me seriousely.

The chair itself is good and I ended up buying online, but you have to improve your customer service.
