I am absolutely furious. This platform has become a haven for scammers and false advertising, and TikTok support is complicit in it.

I purchased an Advent calendar specifically because the video advertisement clearly displayed high-quality, detailed 3D K-Pop demon hunter figurines. It looked like a premium collectable item. What arrived in the post was honestly insulting. I didn't get 3D figures; I got cheap, flat, pixelated 2D cutouts on flimsy acrylic. It is absolute garbage and looks nothing like the product in the video. It is a textbook definition of a bait-and-switch scam.

When I contacted TikTok Shop customer service to report this obvious fraud and request a refund, the experience was appalling. They were completely unhelpful, dismissive, and refused to acknowledge the false advertising. They offered zero protection and essentially told me I was out of luck.

If this had been Amazon, the issue would have been resolved immediately with a full refund because Amazon actually holds sellers accountable and protects their customers. TikTok Shop takes your money and leaves you high and dry with trash products.

DO NOT trust the video ads you see on this app. They do not honour your purchase, they do not vet their sellers, and they do not care about you once they have your money. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

I bought a razor and blades from the TicToc shop. The blades would not stay on the handle. I returned and they gave me a refund then they reversed the refund for no reason. Still waiting for my 21.19 refund. Do not buy from The TicToc shop. They are not trustworthy. Not a good company

No customer rights. Ignore trading standards rules. Products often miss sold and TikTok don’t care

I didnt even want to give this one star. I bought a contour stick no tracking no live updates. When i checked the Tik Tok app it stated the item had been delivered. Evri always email me to advise they have my item and will be delivering at a certain time frame - NOTHING.

Crafted Charms were the seller who continuously have messaged stating its been delivered even though the tracking number doesnt work when I put it into the search box on the evri website the only people who seem to be access all of this is the seller. I have had no photo of delivery nothing. They sent me a photo of someones foot with the box on the doorstep the time on the screenshot is 4am and then the delivery photo says 7.09. I have never had a delivery in the middle of the night and it didnt look like my door.

Due to the above i have been refused a refund by the seller and tik tok no proper customer care just its been delivered no refund. The whole process has been incredibly shady even if this was all true my doorbell wasn't rung it was left outside on the street which technically the merchant are suppose to provide a refund. I 100% have been scammed i can tell I'm talking to the seller i have repeatedly sent screenshots of the tracking number not being recognised by Evri.

A message to all DO NOT BUY FROM TIK TOK SCAMMERS AND THIEVES.

Only buy from a trusted brand if you can see the logo on there profile but if that tik tok is shady..

Simple purchase still not expected for delivery until 7 weeks after ordering. Changing communications and a complete waste of time. Shall not be using again.

Sellers have led coffee stirring cups advertised at 6.99 and free shipping but when you go to checkout it adds on 5.98 shipping charge . Total scam and false advertising . I have seen this happen on other items from sellers . LlBeware of this when ordering from tiktok shop

Received defective item and due to it's defect, can't be packed. Customer service is mostly bot operated and live agents respond very slow in chat. They just don't read previously provided information and support material and ask for same again. Waste of time on simple issues.

My first experience were buying something off of the TikTok shop. The item arrived. It was so poor quality. I would be ashamed to give it as a present so I sent it back which was received by the seller and now I’m refused to refund PayPal and the TikTok customer service useless. I’ve learnt a lesson don’t buy from this place.

I ordered an item from tik tok shop it was supposed to be delivered October 30 and never arrived everytIme try to reach some one i am unable to contact any one Ive email did the dumb A.I. question and cannot get any response. I am really disappointed in the service and the and their delivery service Ontrack last mile is very unreliable and doesn't tell the truth about their services

What a farce. Product didn’t work. The leave a review button just tries to sell you something else. The feedback button just tries to sell you something else. Item in bin. Don’t touch with a barge pole.

I had my reservations about purchasing from the tiktok shop. Wish I had read the reviews here first.
My order hasn't arrived. Evri tracking states it hasn't arrived (due 20th to 22nd Nov). I ask tiktok for a refund. They have refused saying the order has been delivered.I'm fuming! I've done a charge back on my credit card.

Order delayed literally a day after purchasing. Using Black Friday as an excuse when I ordered 2 weeks before Black Friday. Will never use again

Customer service is appalling they have agreed my parcel was delivered to wrong address but cannot do anything as the delivery company say they have delivered it!! Could not make this up it shows clearly delivered to wrong address photo evidence but as delivery RELAY say been delivered even though it's to wrong place TickTock say can't do anything no refund it's ajoke

As a seller TikTok Shop is by far the worst platform out there. Automated systems are not intuitive so you often get flagged up incorrectly and customer service and appeals process is basically non existent. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Competitors like Etsy are better.

Advertised as a matching abaya and hijab which looked great on the site… however, it was two totally different shades of green! I cannot wear these together as they just don’t go…Too much headache to send back! Waste of 22.99!!

Ordered a birthday gift Nov 3rd. Got notified that order had shipped Nov 4th with estimated arrival date of Nov 7-10.
When nothing had arrived by Nov 15, I checked tracking to see it sat in transit for a full week. Called USPS. They said something's wrong with the label and wouldn't be able to get delivered. They also noted that it's suspicious that the shipping label was created in CA, but a post office in TX was claimed to have possession. They told me it looked like a scam.
Requested a refund on Nov 20th which was DENIED with the reason "Delivery is on schedule" (which it certainly wasn't). Live agent not willing to help either. (Not even sure that they weren't just another bot because they kept repeating the same bullshit over and over. )
Tracking info hadn't updated in 12 days. Then today (Nov 21) it shows a new transit location BACK IN CA! (I'm on the East Coast).
Update: I actually received a full refund the same day (Nov 21). Then today (Nov 25) the order was delivered!! So maybe it was USPS that messed up?

Never again will I buy off this crap site! TikTok is a absolute scam these Chinese sites do not care about a customer experience and keep asking for the same information you already have given them, I'm sure the advisors are trained to deflect so the customer gives up and they just then keep your money! Products are shite, customer services are shite! And it's all cheap nasty crap anyway!
