What a waste of of time ordering off TikTok, ordered told delayed despite it still being still heavily advertised. Then it got cancelled.

TikTok Live Shop is such a scam that they just pretend to make you pay and then after 15 days you don't get the delivery and their live agents only talk on messages and tell the customer so call them yourself no one knows anything about delivery then they say we refunded the money and if you want delivery then do it again after 15 days they say delivery again what is this

My gripe is with their customer service. Thankfully I've only encountered 1 dodgey company. However trying to speak to customer service is impossible and getting a refund from an undelivered item is frustratingly futile. They don't even read the details of your case. It's a straight NO. Beyond terrible, atrocious customer service. I will never use them again.

Tiktok shop is a huge Scam! Nothing appears legit and there is no help. Im going through my bank to get the money back. Never again will I trust trying to buying anything from Tiktok. Please people, read these reviews (I didnt) and learn, there is a reason it's all negative!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a duvet over two months ago and all I get is messages saying it is on its way, well clearly it is not. I consider TikTok shop to be nothing more than a scam so order from them at your peril. I have demanded a full refund, but never heard from them. NEVER USE TIKTOK SHOP.

Still awaiting outcome of missing parcel TikTok does not answer bear that in mind if your ordering anything you will not get a refund

I would give zero stars if i could. I order from them and the delivery driver left the parcel outside my door which was then stolen. After contacting them multiple times and going through multiple disputes, they refuse to either resent the order or refund it. I’m now £100 down for goods i never received. Avoid avoid avoid!!

Was scammed with a seller on tiktok shop for 3 orders and it was impossible to get past the AI robot support chat and chat to a human about the issue. took weeks and weeks for a refund as couldnt get any customer service

When something goes wrong.. you are done no proper structure to help get things resolved. So avoiding the TikTok shop in the future now.

This tik tok store they defrauded my money I have invested close to 40000$ and process all their orders so total store value is 51000$ when I try to withdraw the amount they disabled my account and ask to deposit more amount citing some other reason they come up every time with some reason and the customer service department will ask to deposit some amount if we ask them any questions they will disabled the account and hold our amount now my total loss bcoz of tik tok is 51000$ kindly release my amount such a reputed company is living in other money it's a shame and scam

If the delivery company delivers to your address then all good. They now use relay in London who delivered to the wrong building. Tik tok AI will not refund despite 2 disputes and multiple chats online. They refused to refund. Had to do Amex charge back.

I had to give a rating in order to post but I am a seller and the customer service, website and app are awful!! STAY CLEAR and sell elsewhere. The app and website are not user friendly and I have lost money due to tiktok cancelling my orders despite them being shipped!!

Extremely disappointed
I placed an order and the item I received is wrong. I tried to initiate a return, but the platform won’t let me there’s no live agent support and no meaningful way to get help.
What’s worse: I’ve read numerous other reviews saying the same thing difficulty getting refunds, no real customer service.
This is unacceptable for any online store: I paid for a product, got something else, and now I’m stuck. I will not be shopping here again until the support improves significantly

Horrible live agents, literally admitted they can’t help me and told me they only deal with overseas orders even though they’re supposed to help with everything AND have helped before ???? That Ron guy is awful and rude too I dread seeing his name come up when I need help

Tiktok shop won’t settle multiple returns with my klarna since July and its the end of october and no one will tell me why, as the returns been processed butreturn payment hasnt been settled!!!!!

If a parcel is left out on a public path and the ‘evidence’ shows this tiktok will not help in anyway.
If you speak to the delivery company and they take one look at the picture and agree it wasn’t delivered correctly, TikTok still will not help
I was told the photo aligned with their delivery requirements and when asked for the delivery requirements I was told they were internal use only!

Item was in my area for 3 days, firstly they claimed it had been delivered, now they are claiming there's a delay and that it may be delivered in the next two days, from what I can see it's 2 km from my address, total bunch of losers. The customer service is appalling. Shall never use again and that includes tokopedia who run this miserable outfit.
I know a person who cycled from Jakarta to Bali in 10 days, perhaps you should try this method

Does it get any worse? I ordered a air purifier from shark from somebody’s TikTok live I ordered it and it said that delivery would be on between the 10th and the 11th, then it was saying that the item is lost or it can’t be found essentially for many many days, including up until the 14th. And I kept on tracking it up until like literally yesterday which is the 18th and then they claimed somehow they magically had delivered it on the 10th and there’s no proof on the Evri website and anybody who uses Evri knows that they’re just ridiculous can’t believe this. Festival if they delivered it, where is the proof of delivery they claim on their website. You can click the button that says proof of delivery from from TikTok that will take you to evri’s page but there is no proof once you get there they’ve literally just claiming it’s been delivered. There’s no picture there’s no evidence of whether they claim they deliver this too. There’s no evidence that was ever even attempted to be delivered is actually a joke the tracking doesn’t even show that it came near my house. It doesn’t say anything like oh out for delivery in your area the worst service if it’s not with DPD or Royal mail you should literally not make any orders that aren’t shipped by these people because every is the most fraudulent company and TikTok shop is that any better. Like everybody else who’s made these complaints they need to be put out of business.

Ordered After Shave. Evri sent proof of delivery. NOT my address though! No idea where it was. Tik Tok customer service completely unhelpful and said it was delivered as per photo. Didn’t seem bothered that it was not my address and never received goods! Never use them again. Dreadful
