Polite and friendly.
Awful
All brown dry. Took 5 hours to cook. Not particularly Tasty. Definitely wouldn’t buy again. . Really disappointed. Recommended by previous owner of the property and she said artichokes were green fresh and cooked in half hour. Leaves were lovely and big and fresh.
Not sure if it’s time of year but wasted nearly £40. .

Francis is a great delivery man!
I became involved with Watts Farm some…
I became involved with Watts Farm some years ago when I was searching for an organisation which offered baby onions for sale. Just that. From this modest begining I became more ambitious and became aware of your presentational skills.Thre are many things and exploits to admire. But I must mention the one I like in particular. Meeting whoever delivers the goods and passing the time of day with him albeit briefly. Always friendly !
With kind regards. Dr Peter Chapman
Follow up to earlier review this month
Follow up to earlier review this month. Phoned to advise only part order delivered, they asked me to email as their computer service unavailable. Sent email on the 20th. No response. Sent further email 25th June. No response. Phoned today, no reply but automated "leave a message". Recording apparatus rang off after my first sentence. Are they in trouble?
I am extremely upset with this company
I am extremely upset with this company, as they are vindictive and did not pay my husbands full salary. He was only off for 2 days and they removed almost £1000 off his salary for the month of June 2023. They also did not pay his 1 day sick pay which he’s entitled to. This is utterly atrocious and further action will be taken against this company. He has been treated very unfairly.
Watts Farm excellent.
This is the first time I have used Watts Farm and I have been impressed by the quality of the produce. There was one hiccup in the order and they refunded immediately. Customer service was excellent and I will be certainly using them again.

First choice for fruit & veg
Slight hiccup with a non-delivered item this time, but very quickly sorted with customer services.
Fresh fruit & veg all top quality, as usual, and very pleased with it. Tried a different pizza for a change - very tasty & polished off very quickly!
Watts Farm still my first choice for fresh fruit & veg.
Great to return to Watts for our fresh produce
After an enforced absence of a few months, it has been so very nice to be able to return to Watts Farms for our home delivery fresh produce and great to see the quality of the items (taste, appearance, longevity etc) hasn't changed one bit. Well done to all at Watts, thank you !

The delivery is lightning fast, ensuring that I never run out of my favorite condiments and can enjoy them with my meals without any delays.
