I placed two orders with this company on 8th of november, I received one of them on 10th, but yet to receive 2nd order, its been 3 weeks now, I have sent them couple of emails but haven't received any response whatsoever! Worst customer service experience ever!

Not happy!!

First time using the WWE shop and was pleased. Shipping costs were reasonable and order processed fine. The WWE only come around once a year to buy merch so the online shop is great...and that's the bottom line.

Ordered from wwe from the uk before euro shop was back and very pleased with the service. Taxes and custom charges all included so package was not delayed at customs. Easy tracking service, quick to deliver and very happy with merchandise. Will I use them again? Yes! Yes! Yes!

Due to reasons beyond my control I fam an African and a big wwe fan and I have purchased shirts consistenting from the shop.due to reasons beyond my control the site doesn't allow payments done online from my country thus all my orders are paid by my sister or brother in the uk or USA whichever I choose. Done on oct 30 2012 order number 00096692. $397.89. And nov 9 order number 00105132 $395.73. I have called severally for the amounts to be dropped back to my sisters accounts for a month now and nothing has been done.pls treat adequately by confirming from your bankers as the orders were cancelled

Earlier this year i placed 2 orders on WWESHOP.COM. I received a Backorder Alert on of the orders, and was told that one item was out of stock, so i can either cancel or just wait, i decided to wait, since i was in no rush, and all my previous orders took some time aswell, but always arrived fine. I recieved "Your Order has Shipped" Emails for both orders. Then a funny thing happened, the Shop Website was redesigned/updated and i could no longer login. 2 months had passed, both orders had been paid, so i decided to get in contact and provided all my information. I was told they could not find my orders in their system and would forward my case to their corporate office. I never heard again, and since then all my emails are being ignored. Never Again.

still waiting 3 wks for a shipmnt w/o notice.you will never find more ignorant CS people... they talk over you, they don't give discounts that they promise, they can't add, they lie and they are rude. Their ads are very misleading as far as price and the coupon codes that seem to work, don't .. and you have to fight tooth and nail to get the discounts that are promised. I won't waste my time anymore.
