IS WWE EUROSHOP GOING TO F&$@ ME?
So.. I live in Portugal, I ordered 10 WWE T-shirts that were from sale (106€ total shipping cost included) but... I am really afraid, because my tracking number doesn't work on any TRACKING ORDER sites, and I am freaking out. On the WWE EUROSHOP site says that I Ordered the stuff, and it says STATUS: SHIPPED for days..
But on WWESHOP.COM says I didn't ordered anything from "this account".
And the worst thing, I see everyone talking s%&@ about WWE EUROSHOP and I am very afraid.. Just wish me luck.

Only ever had 1 issue out of about 20 odd orders that I have made so I can't really complain, we are all human. Delivery could be a little quicker but they have to supply the whole of Europe so again, no moaning there. The tshirt's are excellent quality, thick and weighted. I would also like to praise Paddy one of the customer service staff for WWE Euroshop, he is a pleasure to chat with when I have spoken to him over the phone, probably the nicest customer service staff member I have ever spoken to from any company, sorts things quickly, knows what he's doing and extremely polite and friendly. Give him a promotion!

Placed an order was given a conf# called to check on order 3 times all 3 times couldn't find I asked to speak to a supervisor twice was put on hold then told the supervisor was busy both times! Will not be ordering anything else from the wwe shop ever again! Thanks for not providing me with the Halloween costume that my 7 year old wanted!

No product, no replies to emails, no phone number
Made an order on May 3rd for my son's birthday. Did not receive the t-shirt yet. It was supposed to arrive 3 to 5 days later and nothing! I sent emails and I have no replies. I tried to call the phone number indicated in the order confirmation and it does not work.
I shop a lot online and never had such a bad experience as this one.

I just received my order today. After using WWE shop facebook to complain, I received today (17-05-2016) a email message replying to all my previous messages and I received my son's t-shirt by noon.

They Double dip on your credit card
DO NOT ORDER from their website they take the amount 2 times & your card will receive a DOUBLE CHARGE for whatever item you order. IF you have a great Credit Card service they will remove but IF NOT & yours is a Google Wallet card they will hold they extra charge for 10 DAYS!!!!!!

I spend £100 on wweshop and was very satisfied with my purchase until I found out that it was on its way to my house when it actually wasn't. I found out from Pitney Bowes that my offer had been printed wrong and was still in the us. After ordering on the 1st of February. I am now due to get it 1st of
March. Absolutely ridiculous. I tried to call wwe shop and the number did t exist until I got the right number which they did not pick up any way. WASTE OF TIME. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

So my problem started Wednesday, December 2nd. I tried to order the Cesaro "Professional" t shirt & the Cesaro arm sleeves that just came out. I did everything correctly, put in all of my info the right way as I've always done in the past (I have been purchasing merchandise from this site for over 3 years now). But when I hit the place order button, a little red exclamation point came up & said "please check your order for missing information". I was like what the heck? I then immediately checked my online bank account & the money had been taken out & it said that it was pending. I called customer service & this guy said that they have no idea what happened, but that I would either get a confirmation email that my order went through or that my money would be put back into my account in a few days. I was furious. So fast forward to today, the 7th of December, I went & checked my bank account & saw that my money was back. I thought to myself that well okay, maybe it was just something wrong with the site since it was just Black Friday/Cyber Monday & they probably had a lot of orders backed up, etc. SO I went back & tried to get the same Cesaro shirt & arm sleeves, double checked & MADE 100% SURE that all of my info was correct & it was, then when I hit the place order button that same red ! came up. And once again, when I checked my bank account, the money was gone & it said it was pending. (there's nothing wrong with my account/card either, since I was able to purchase clothes at Old Navy with the same exact card over the weekend). As you can imagine, I was & still am very aggravated about it. I called WWE customer service again & I went off on this lady. She told me the same exact thing that the other guy told me last Wednesday. She even tried to say that maybe I didn't fill in something correctly even though I've been purchasing shirts from this site for 3 years now with the same credit card & this is the first time this has ever happened to me. This lady suggested that when my money goes back into my account in 3 days, that I should call them to place the order. I straight up told her no & that I'm never shopping with them again because I simply can't trust their site since this happened to me twice in LESS THAN A WEEK, & the customer service is horrendous. It doesn't surprise me thinking about it now though, since the WWE product is going down the drain anyway so why would they care about a fan that has been giving them her hard earned money for years now. Ridiculous.
WORST SERVICE EVER
I placed 2 orders for this company. I returned both items due to them being advertised wrong. I received a confirmation email for only 1 item being refunded. I have sent 6 emails and had not one single reply. Every time i call a premium rate number it takes 5 minutes or more to answer and no one can actually help me. Altogether i have spent £12.00 on calls to the. I have also tried to contact them via social media and i have had no response. Absolutely shocking service, worse experience i have ever endured. Shambles.
Custumet service call
This used to be my favourite shop where I used to put a lot of money. For the first time ever I needed to call customer service because my pack was broken and lousy packed inside. I live in Denmark, Europe and I have called ALL the available numbers bith for US customers AND INTERNATIONAL customers and ALL the numbers seem ti be wrong. I geg a voicemail saying tge number has changed... I have then emailed wwe shop - asking for help. No response. I have posted a private message on wwe shops facebook site twice. No response... So no more orders for pont glasses or replicabelts ur ANYTHING that might break. My glasses were just thrown into a box without wrapping them in paper.. of course they are gonna break....

On August 31st 2015, I placed an pre order for WWE 2K16 for the PlayStation 4 for a birthday gift for my son. It came out too 88.12USD but since I'm Canadian it came to a whopping total of 120.15CAD. Even though I pre ordered the game which doesn't release until October 27th 2015, they took the 120.15 out of my bank account. I called the customer service number on September 2nd 2015 to cancel my order and get insight on a reimbursement for my cancel pre order. The lady on numerous occasions said that they didn't take the payment, and that they don't/wouldn't until October 27th 2015, even though I have solid proof in my bank book that the payment of 120.15 went to WWE merchandise on August 31st. The lady cancelled my pre order, and told me to email customer service to try to receive a refund. All I needed to include was the new order number and proof that they took the money, in which I did include and I was very descriptive. My order still reads processing on my account on wweshop.com instead of cancelled or nothing there at all, and I haven't received a email back for my reimbursement of a product I no longer want and apparently no longer have an order for.

Their systems from addresses don't account for flats or conversions so when you input your address in it will go to the next clear house number in your street, and the customer service believe it is not their fault for the package being delivered to the wrong address DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THE WWE IF YOU LIVE IN A FLAT BECAUSE IT WILL NOT COME TO YOU AND WILL BE SENT DOWN THE ROAD
Misleading Shipping
I placed an order and selected next day delivery, paying an additional $42 for this. I was ordering a replica belt as a birthday present for my boyfriend. Since it was an expensive order, I received an email to call WWE to verify some information before the order would be released. I called within an hour of placing the order. My information was verified and the representative said the order has been released and will be prepared for shipping. I thought that was the end of it. 2 days later, my order had still not arrived. I checked the order status and it still had not been shipped! I called to see what's going on and I was told I would receive the order 3-5 business days from the order date. I explained that I paid extra for next day delivery. They said the shipping information is explained in the help section of their website that it won't actually be delivered the next business day. Who goes into the help section of a website when the shipping information says next day delivery? This is now the second time this is happened. I am done ordering from WWE. The wouldn't even refund my next day delivery costs when they failed to deliver! Never again.
FYI - they don't advertise the WWE contact phone number but it's 1-866-993-7467 and I got through to someone right away.
So disappointed
I have given the WWE shop a quite ridiculous amount of money over the years so imagine my dismay when I placed an order and it doesn't turn up and nearly a month later I have yet to hear back from their customer services dispite the numerous emails/ tweets/ phone calls that have gone unanswered. There's £30 I'll never see again. Best go buy my Seth Rollins tee from eBay.

Well as I took the trouble to let you all know the bad side of the WWE euro shop I thought an update would be fitting. They finally sorted the issue with the damaged goods (took a while thought) but they did it and very amicably in the end.
I was then pestered into ordering another belt (NXT in case anyone knows what that is) and this order was completely the opposite of the last time it approx. 3 days yes that’s right 3 days not 3 weeks BUT THREE days so maybe just a bad experience initially (hopefully). So to all you WWE shoppers this may be of some use in making you’re decision.

The shop is a little pricey already, especially considering the low-quality fabric/plastics they use but combined with the fact that their customer service blatantly refuses to respond to you in any way shape or form (social media, e-mails (to every possible adress) and their contact number simply does not exist) make this by far the WORST service I've ever experienced.
