False delivery timelines
The website states that delivery is expected in 1-2 business days. 2 days passed and item still not dispatched. This firm is clearly using this as a way to gain sales without following through.
*Update. It seems that the item in question was never in stock. This firm must order items from suppliers prior to then delivering to customers. Terrible for customers. No chance of meeting stated delivery schedules.

Disappointing delivery
While the website claims orders ship within two days, it took nine days in my case. I placed the order on March 3rd and ten days later it still hasn't arrived (I'm hoping it will come by tomorrow, March 14th - but even this doesn't look certain!)
When confronting customer service with the issue over the phone, I was told that "orders for Switzerland take two days longer" which still doesn't explain why it took longer than a full week for my order to dispatch and for a tracking number to be provided (with no communication whatsoever in the meantime).
