1) availability in stock for a quiet rare model/edition
2) excellent and reactive e-mail communication
3) Decent price ( at least on this model )
4) rapidity of shipment
5) proposed me to refund shipment fees for a second pair if i buy it despite of the fact the first one was already on it's way

This person did not complain about receiving a broken item when delivered but later said the sunglasses had broken. We agreed that the buyer could return the sunglasses to us for repair or replacement under warranty. What we received was a pair of sunglasses that were clearly several years old with badly scratched frame and dirt and grease under the lens and ear socks.
We complained to PayPal and sent them images of the sunglasses we'd received. PayPal reversed their decision to refund the buyer and reinstated the funds back to our account. Those of you who know PayPal will be aware it is very rare for them to reverse a refund.
This was a blatant attempt to defraud our company.
A Perfect Transaction
This seller promptly and politely responded to my concerns regarding international shipping, packaged my valuable (though quite economically priced) "shades" well enough so as to avoid damage while being shipped, and promptly sent the package on its way registered and insured, making for a virtually perfect transaction. The next time I find myself in need of new sunglasses, I will definitely visit this seller's online catalog FIRST!
