Not what I signed up for
After filling out a survey with AA Singapore, it somehow directed me to this site. Next thing ai know is I'm now a member and this was something I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR.
Worse yet, it said my membership renewal was due!
I tried cancelling it on the site but got a pop-up stating that cancellation wasn't possible within 24 hours. So I waited for 48 - and still got the same message.
Thankfully, the live chat button works and that someone was able to help me initiate the cancellation process. Assuring me that I would not be charged any fees despite the cancellation being after the renewal is due.
Will have to wait and see but am glad that someone was available and, more importantly, able to help.
