Didn’t sign up and company took biweekly payments for a subscription service that I didn’t use. Customer service then said I would get a “quicker” refund if I left a good review on trust pilot. Very sketchy
UPDATE: they just refunded me (9th Dec) 7 euros (out of 37) and said they would only refund the rest if I delete my review on here. I know you monitor these reviews “Jay” and I am going to report you to my bank and escalate this entire situation. How dare you.
