Ralph Kraiem assisted me with my purchase of a Samsung Bespoke dishwasher. I was informed that dishwasher I tried order was discontinued. Mr. Kraiem, informed that they looked different locations to find this model. However, the search yielded no results. Mr. Kraiem, however, did price match a competitor’s price of the newer model, plus free shipping. Great customer service and communication. I will most certainly buy here again.

I am spec builder. Joseph worked with me on coming up with an appliance package that worked well for design and budget. He is very knowledgeable and professional and I found their pricing to be competitive and better than my long time local dealer. There was a little miscommunication on a part of the package and Joseph was able to rectify quickly which says lot about his character.

They deliver damaged appliances and don't refund or replace the appliances when you request either resolution. Completely regretting using an unknown vendor.

Purchased washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove and all items to go with the purchase. At time of delivery the stove wasn’t with the order. We have been trying to get the stove and no one can help me. Delivery company blames Shop Appliances and vice versa. Absolutely horrible. Stuck with 800.00 dollars in dispute. I do not recommend. Been dealing with this for about 10 days without resolution.

I got the unit within 18 hours! It was an amazing transparent experience so easy and friendly. The reps know what they are talking about. True appliance specialists. Will recommend to everyone!
