I guess it pays to read reviews and research prior to paying on a website that you have never heard of. I order my attire back in the first week of March and I honestly did not see ANYTHING on the site prior to me paying that said my attire could take 3-5 weeks until AFTER I paid. I didn't make a big deal about it because the event that I'm wearing the outfit to wasn't until the last week of April. However, today make week 6 since I placed order and you wonderful people at Burlap have not sent me ANYTHING. Based off the reviews I'm just going to chop this up as a loss. AS*H*OLES

I ordered a dress for my bridal shower, giving it plenty of time to arrive. When ordering it the item said it could be here in 2 to 4 weeks but then I got the email following saying it could take 3-5 weeks. Fine.
I received an email letting me know the item had shipped and to check the updated shipping information. SEVEN days later the shipping information is still not updated and states that it's in the Pre-Shipping phase. After sending an email asking why it wasn't updated Cindy wrote me back to tell me I have to remember it takes 3-5 weeks and gave me the same link to the tracking on USPS.
Thus far the little bit of information I've received I now don't trust the company and have asked for directions for a refund. Beyond annoying.

Horrendous. I'll give them credit for fast delivery. It said 3-5 weeks and arrived in 1.
HOWEVER, my dress arrived in plastic packaging, in a plastic post bag, yet was absolutely soaked and stinking. Totally see-through cheap fabric, stitching all hanging out and looking nothing like the advertised item.
No, it wasn't particularly expensive, but that is not the point and I am raging. I'll be chasing a full refund. I wouldn't wash my car with the tat they have sent in exchange for my hard earned money.

Ordered something (the site said only a few were left in stock), then immediately got an e-mail saying it would be, literally, weeks, until it was shipped. After those weeks passed, I cancelled the order. These people are hucksters. If they were legitimate, they'd have a phone number to call so that a live person could hear your concerns. Obviously they do not care. Do not bother with them

Worst company!!!! Trying to return 2 dresses and they keep sending me the same stock email....the same email address I see listed in their responses to bad reviews on this site!!! Can't find a phone number to speak to a human. DO NOT ORDER

I orderd boots last year in july,and payd for them ofcors,and they still didnt arrive. I called the people from Burlap company,email them and text on watsapp but they nicely ignored me. Where is my money you thives?!

Thought it was a reputable seller, but the Emma dress is not made of jersey fabric as it appears, and they clearly stole that image from another site. Terrible quality. I wish these sites would figure out that people would pay more money for actually good clothing and keep returning if the quality was good.

I have been trying to get a refund for a couple weeks now. They said I had to send a photo of the item, so I did. Then I get contacts from 2 other agents asking to send the photo. When I responded he email was undeliverable. WTH?! I was emailing back and forth with them, emailed with a Maria, Nikki & Cindy and still no refund. I logged into my account to try and find another way to contact and now the site doesn’t exist?! Such a SCAM!!! I NEVER leave reviews, but I must say, buyers beware.

I received the blouse I ordered within a reasonable timeframe, however, the item received looked nothing like what was pictured. The material was terrible and very very poor workmanship. During the wash, the blouse had torn at several places. Will never order from this site again!!!!!

I ordered the yellow lemon dress which they advertise massively on facebook. The dress came in looking nothing like the picture shown - cheap fabric and tailored unprofessionally. I am trying to get them to answer my emails and get this returned and refunded. Terrible customer service. Do not get anything from this company, it's a SCAM.

Still waiting to hear back from them about my refund. No respnse. This is a scam company - so disappointing. Got I dress that looked beautiful online. It came after several weeks and looked so cheap and low quality. I just want my money back, but there’s nobody to talk to!!! BEWARE.

I received a shirt that I don't even think would fit a person that wears a small and I ordered a extra large. Sent many emails and facebook messages. Click on the link on there page to contact them. Everyone comes back unable to deliever. No phone number, have even posted complaints on their facebook page. Want my money back, want to return this. They clain 100% money back. Kind of hard to do that when you can't be reached. Don't buy from this company.....

I have been trying to return a dress so I can get a refund for 3 MONTHS NOW and despite numerous emails to their info email address, I have had no replies. The dress was terrible quality and I want my money back! Happy to return it because I will literally never wear it.

Please find my email recently sent to you to your info email about 2 minutes ago. Of course your customers will receive a generic automated message and of course it states that wait time on email is long. It shouldn’t take up to a week to answer customer service emails. Please refund my purchase immediately. This is attempt #2.

Where the heck is the zero star option!?? This "dress" was atrocious. I saw pics, liked, and so muy bf bought it for me. I dont have the heart to show and tell him he spent his money on a freaking sheet of plastic.. LITERALLY!!! I can't believe these scam artists are still in business. Took forever to receive, because it's shipped from China, and the dress is not even remotely wearable. Disgusting excuse. No way of getting a refund either I'm certain. Never again

I purchased a dress on 1/1/18 and received an email that I should expect 3-5 weeks and on 6/1/18 the email notified that the package was on the way, on 7/1/18 the tracking link was sent. On 14/1/18, the email informed me that the package was sent while I actually received the package on 15/1/18, satisfied with the quality :)

Can I give it less than 1 a negative 5 in fact? I ordered a dress at the start of November saying it would take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. A week later I get an email saying it has just been processed and it will take 5 to 7 weeks to arrive. Well not gonna arrive in time for my Christmas party that's for sure. I tried to connect with them several times it's only the last email that I sent where I told them I would be connecting with the Better Business Bureau and making a formal complaint that they actually got back to me every time I email them I can feel the steam coming out of my ears. It's now the end of January I still do not have my dress and because I have a new credit card they won't refund me and they want me to use a store credit and quite frankly no thank you if this is how they do business and do not care about their customers then why would I waste my time and my money? Please go out else where. They also told me negative feedyis falliable. Suck it.

AWFUL. Burlap products are at the lower quality you could ever imagine AND probalay lower. Totally a fraud product, do not waste your time looking at the cloths because they will not look like the photos in the catalog, do not waste your money.

I’m really shocked at these reviews, Im almost wondering if they changed owners or something? I placed an order back in September and it did take awhile, maybe 5 weeks but my order had warned me ahead of time so I knew to sit back and wait. When I finally got it, I loved the dress, fit great. The shirt was not great but when I inquired about returning I sent an email and they responded within 24 hours. When I said I didn’t want to do an exchange they gave me the credit and even said I didn’t need to bother sending the shirt back. Wow! I get compliments on my dress almost every time I wear it.

Cheaply made Horrible clothes and misleading sizinng i too wish I had gone onto this site to read the reviews about this company. This company does not even deserve 1 star. I wish we had the option to select no stars. I would never had bought from them. The material of the dress is not as described. It is like paper material and lose threading throughout the dress.Also, I purchased a medium for my daughter ishe couldn't even get the dress on. I am small and I too I couldn't get the dress as well as my preteen daughter who is tiny for her size couldn't get this dress on. Do not I repeat do not buy from this company. This company should not be in business and I will make sure I tell every one on Facebook how horrible their clothes are as well as anyone I talk to.
