They don't take Credit Cards
They don't take credit cards if you don't live in the UK. Never heard of such a thing in this day and age but that's their choice. That means you'd have to go through some tedious bank transfer process and I just found it easier to shop elsewhere. Plus if you live in the EU you have to deal with VAT and import taxes. That's not their fault but don't forget to calculate that into your costs. I'm sure if you live in the UK and they take your CC that they're fine company to do business with.

Hi Michael,
I don't think it's fair to leave us a negative review due to us not accepting credit cards for non-UK transactions. We're an independent company with our own policies set to protect our customers and ourselves from fraud. Our policies are clear and if you don't agree with them you have a choice whether or not to shop with us.
Also VAT and Import taxes are subject to the country you are importing to, we do not charge you VAT which reduces the cost for you so you pay it directly to your local tax collect. We don't keep any taxes for ourselves.
Nevertheless, we are are always trying to improve and will hopefully implement a better system in future.

Coffee selection is great
Coffee selection is great. The only reason for not giving 5* is handling of the local deliveries in Cambridge. There is no status tracking available and, if I am not at home when the attemted delivery is mad, the packet will be taken back to the shop and I will have to go to collect it. I would have thought that 250g coud be pusshed through the letter box...

Worst service I've ever dealt with!
Stay clear unless you want to be disappointed.
I paid for premium next-day delivery for an item I needed asap - when it didn't turn up, I was simply told it was because it was out of stock and would need to wait a further 10 days! Why was I able to place the order in the first place?
I requested to cancel the order, but I had to jump through hoops of multiple emails being down
-right ignored over the course of 2-3 weeks.
I attempted phoning on a few occasions with no luck at first, but then someone finally answered and processed the refund via PayPal and left me with the transfer fee to pay! Absolute disgusting "service".

Delivery packaging too big
The small brush was sent in a large box, whereas it could have been put in one that would fit through the letterbox. Hence delivery delayed 5 days whilst Royal Mail took its time sorting itself out and redirecting to a post office.
