DON"T BUY FROM THEM.....
They don't send you the merchandise you ordered ! They won't refund your money.....
They are a scammer ..!!

Very hard to get return & refund if any issue with item purchased. Recently i bought a dress from Shopee, but cannot wear due to the wrong measurement (seller’s fault). Shopee agent asked me to return and they will reimburse the return shipping fee & also refund me.

But ended up, they only refund the amount I paid for the dress! I emailed their customer service about the shipping fee reimbursement. They said this item don’t need to be returned. As such, they won’t be able to reimburse the return shipping fee. If don’t need to be returned, why they asked me to return it in the first place? Wasting my time, money & efforts! No more buying from Shopee. Hopeless

DISHONEST e-commerce company. I received a faulty product from their so-called elite "Shopee Mall" and expedited a requested return-refund swiftly.

I submitted all photo evidences and it is clearly faulty. And yet, a SHOPEE AGENT SHAKTHI had the cheek to reject my request out of his whim and fancies according to his preference and not of the seller. He made the decision to reject my request and it wasn't the seller when I clarified it with the seller of the product itself. The seller themselves did not receive the request and the SHOPEE AGENT SHAKTHI closed my case without any further discussion at all whatsoever.

This decision of his has caused me a lost of opportunity to a fair dispute of the faulty product and has caused me money that I can never retrieve back.

I have also tried speaking to their CS team on Twitter but they were playing a fool by not understanding what I was saying. They kept trying to refer me back to what I will not be able to do, that is to dispute the decision. No where in the app will I be able to dispute the SHOPEE AGENT SHAKTHI's decision as HE HAS CLOSED THE CASE rendering the transaction as COMPLETE and MONEY RELEASED TO THE SELLER.

This DISHONEST CHINA COMPANY needs to be stopped and I would very well want to see this company face legal actions both by the consumers and also by law of the country they are operating.

ESPECIALLY SHOPEE EXPRESS DELIVERY COURIERS FROM PENANG, GREENLANE AREA. THEY ARE VERY LAZY AND ILL MANNERED.
SO UNLIKE THOSE FROM LAZADA.

I wish I could give a negative star. I ordered a few products and more than half of them I didn’t receive because of the negligence of the delivery man. Shopee wasted so much of my time on emails circling back to the issue and pretending they don’t understand and blaming me for their negligence. The driver was too negligent to secure the package on delivery despite me calling him 8 time to secure it. Now shopee just keeps on emailing and repeating the same thing without resolving my issue. Horrible experience. Please go for another online shopping platform.

Since shopee seems to send me around and around without helping me , i am losing money. I will report to POLICE. This seesm close to fraud. Bad customer service. takes days to get an answer and mostly the answer is not helpful. Many faulty product get send and shopee does not adres this properly. It is easier to go to a shop and buy there. Shopee is OUT. We will never order again Thank you. Too much work too little things go right.

Shocking!!! 0 customer service and they keep you waiting and waiting for any answers or help. Will never order from them again.

If I have a choice I want to rate minus negative zero star. Stupid logistics ordered 3 set water heater, received one set another 2 set still missing call to live agent every time difference answers. Urgent need water heater for my new house. 2 weeks passed still cannot find where is the other 2 set water heater logistics complain also useless rubbish customer service 😞

Can't log in so resetting my password they said that everything works and when I try again I get sorry we are unable to verify your login shopee I just wanted to log in because they said if I didn't they would delete my account I guess I didn't use it enough then there is the fact that it takes forever to get what you buy from them and they just don't care nor do they answer emails

Shopee recently changed their logistic partner “Best Express” very bad service. The Shopee now returning back the item to China seller origin due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, but no one called me before delivery or left the item on my mail box as usual shopee or other logistic couriers used to that. Now I cannot request for refund because shipping made twice and the initial payment already released to seller. The amount is 175rm and it’s gone. Fraud seller and lazy Shopee CS agent. Agent doesn’t want to listen your problem they want to close the live chat window as soon possible without resolving your problem. This time they gave me a wrong guide “complete order” for missing item? Full of lazzies on shopee

Shopee Express is the worst courier I ever met. Keep asking to provide information i.e. h/p number and user name for the purpose of a trace of my parcel.
Poslaju and all other couriers do not have this kind of weird movement. If have other options I would never never use Shopee Express. My items arrived at the sorting center on 25/5/23 until now there is no news any more.

Awful experience: Shopee Express does not care to deliver the item on time; it's not the first time. The delivery system is poor because it doesn't distinguish between the perishable item and others and deals all with the same frame time, and when chated with the service agent to suggest optimizing the delivery system didn't accept my suggestion and asked me to commit to frame time up to more than one week for a perishable item!
Update: they seem to have optimized the delivery system but still contract with the crazy express shopping companies...I bought the item from China, and after being stuck in with delivery hub for six days, returned the item because it was damaged!
They don't admit the fault rather than compensate the buyer.

This time The parcel arrived at the delivery hub two days ago, then instead of delivering it to me, Shopee Xpress returned to Balakong in Selangor! Why?!! I am in Perak state, not Selangor. What a stupid thing the Shoppee Express is doing... I am seriously considering moving to Lazada.

Stupid service from shoppe. Always slow and whenever I raise a return request with genuine reason they reject it and say the reason is incorrect.

They are super slow and arrogant. Whatever is the question asked they have template reply to give.. lazada is way better compared to shoppe.. shocking to see they exist.

Will never order anything from them, not worthy and untrusble.

Do order with them only if you are okay to wait for ages

All of the operators are just sh!t when they are handling with issues all what they say is juts bull and honestly my parcel is sepost to arrive at my door a week ago and its all delayed due to 'weather' 'buyer not on location' 'no access to delivery location' its just a full of sh!ty excuses to make and let's be honest in Singapore central which hdb don't have 2 or more lift to use and so if 1 broke down couldn't they found another lift to use? Or my contact number it right there couldn't they just contact me anyway to get me to go down or collect or how to come up to my unit and send im not a unreasonable person but I contacted them they say oh my matter is urgent and saying oh we will contact our team to tell them to contact u upon receiving ur parcel okay i though yea they will contact me because yes my block the lift broke down they are servicing it and then they got the audacity to talk big saying they will do this and that all action nothing is been done because the last time(11 may) my parcel didn't arrive due to no access to delivery location so I can give excuses to not attending school or not going to work because simply my lift broke down problem solve?

Shockingly bad service. I've ordered a eruct what has never been delivered. It stated on the tracking site that there was an attempt while there was not. We know as someone was at home all the time and another one at the entrance the whole day. Since then radio silence. After a call to the help desk I was advised to cancel and ask for a refund as delivery was out of guarantee period and not gonna happen anymore. After requesting a refund they say it takes 2 days. Today, 1 week later...nothing. Ty to chat with Shopee..... no reply whatsoever. In the meanwhile ordered the same product through Lazada (from the same seller) as urgently needed and received it after 2 working days. With Shopee its nearly a month now.....

Terrible services and fraud sellers. Agent also rejects reports when pictures and videos were sent. The seller has to agree only they will approve. But if the seller is fraud???? Instantly takes payment, takes days for refund. Boycott shopee, use lazada and they’re so efficient

I buy multiple item from shopee and all of my item arrive at the sorting centre at the same time. Instead of sending my item all together, this stupid company send it one item per day. How stupid is that? Not to mention they would always take sooooo long to send your parcel. Every damn time! Every order with shopee express as delivery option is hell. Stupid!
