Bad services and experience - disappointed

I ordered a products from local Malaysia, taken 2 to 3 weeks still not yet arrived.
Keep leave msg with Shopee and seller, they push for each others.
Final reached Shopee customer services, SHE SAID THAT I HAVE NOTHING CAN HELP YOU BUT YOU JUST CLICK FOR REFUND.
SOME MORE, THE REFUND AMOUNT STILL CANT PAY BACK FULLY.
What is this? My false? Yes, using Shopee is my false.

I love browsing this app

I love browsing this app, however, I had some experience that even if my items were paid for, it would take a week for them to ship out then the app would cancel it automatically losing my voucher. I wish they could do something about it so buyers won't lose trust in buying things online.

Scam artists

Scam artists, perishable products undelivered well beyond stipulated time-frame, held on to customer's monies and dragging/denying refund for 4 days initial promised time frame plus additional 3-5 working days despite one parcel declared damaged for almost a week now and another fresh dairy cake pending delivery at courier warehouse since two weeks (spoiled perishable). No money, no product for over 2 weeks. KPDNHEP please suspend their business license for defrauding their customers

Shopee Snail delivery, low quality

Shopee Express, you’re having a laugh!
2 weeks to deliver from Manila, 4 days was for last leg of journey which is 6km.
Amazon delivery from United States is only 5 days.
Ignorant staff side with dodgy sellers if making a complaint, best to just delete this app and save your money.
Had more than a few substandard items so good riddance to these Clowns too.

Requested for MOD call back and agent…

Requested for MOD call back and agent said no. RUDE and no solution provided. As a customer servicing line, you should be ashame of your service! Ms. LOH, as the head of centre you should be ashame. These are the quality under your lead. Today incident is obviously seller’s fault and which he does not has my item and has yet to post out but we as a paying customer can’t even press a refund button. 3 of your customer service attended the call with RUDE tone which they keep on cutting their customer. No empathy no soft skills only throwing SOP. What a customer service you all have. I will terminate my Shopee account after this and I will make sure today’s call recording reach all social media platforms.

about the Spaylater and Spinjam and ALL THE SERVICE

about the Spaylater and Spinjam. terrible problem solving. Already paid all of them but then my account got blocked because i was late paying 1 moment because of system error when i paid with mbanking.
then the Customer Service only give automatic message and ask me to wait.... until when?? lmao. then when i use Shopee to buy some things, without notice they change the estimate times... wow good job, you think i have a lot of time to wait huh? i buy because i need it asap lol. i remember Shopee used to be good, but now? meh.

I waited for my parcel to be delivered…

I waited for my parcel to be delivered yesterday since the estimated delivery date was yesterday. When I went and look for the status of my package it showed me that my package will be returning back to the seller. The rider tagged it as UNSUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED BECAUSE I PINNED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS.

HOW PATHETIC IS IT RIGHT!? I HAVE PREVIOUS ORDERS WITH THE SAME ADDRESS OF DELIVERY BUT ALL THE ITEMS HAS BEEN DELIVERED.

Another thing is that I chat with their customer service and funny HOW MY QUESTION WAS NOT ANSWERED!

All the three Chat agents did not do what needs to be done. Yes, they all reported the rider, BUT what good would that do to me?

First agent, reported the rider but did not answer the question IF MY PARCEL CAN STILL BE DELIVERED.
Second agent, asked for a couple of minutes because she will check it FURTHER. THEN DIDN'T CHECK AT ALL, PROVIDED ME FALSE HOPE. SHE WILL NOT BE AWARE THAT MY PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO THE SELLER,OH! I THOUGHT YOU CHECKED IT FURTHER ALREADY?

I WAS CHATTING WITH FOR ALMOST THREE HOURS.

I HAVE USED A VOUCHER FOR THE ORDER AND I WAS ASKING FOR THEM TO SOMEHOW COMPENSATE ME BECAUSE I WAS INCONVENIENCED AND THE VOUCHER WAS USED TO THAT ORDER.

SECOND AGENT, DISREGARDED WHAT I WAS ASKING AND THEN ENDED THE CHAT. GREAT!

THIRD AGENT, PROMISED ME THAT SHE WILL REPORT THE PREVIOUS AGENTS, PROMISED ME THAT SHE WILL EMAIL ME ABOUT THE CREDIT I WAS ASKING ON ABOUT 19:00 YESTERDAY. GUESS WHAT!????

SHE DID EMAIL ME BUT NONE OF THE BODY OF THE EMAIL WAS ABOUT THE PROMISED INFORMATION.

I waited for my parcel to be delivered…

I waited for my parcel to be delivered yesterday since the estimated delivery date was yesterday. When I went and look for the status of my package it showed me that my package will be returning back to the seller. I have been cheated

I paid for an item, within few second there was a message on my screen saying system error . My cash has been deducted but the seller didn't receive . Since then i contacted shopee numerous time for my refund . The customer service officer promise to refund me within 7 to 14 days . But it almost 2months , nothing was refunded . I almost spoke to 15 customer service officer , who gave me empty promises . The worst part is , i cannot speak to the same person and have to repeat my case every single time . I have lost Rm358 , which is not a small amount.

got scammed and shopee does not care about it

got scammed from a seller called "dream direction", this scammer sell a HIGH QUALITY REPLICA NINTENDO SWITCH PRO CONTROLLER AS REAL ORIGINAL PRODUCT, most of the people cannot fully identified it without disassembled it, but I did and i want a refund and report this seller, the problem is customer service keep saying the same thing over and over again and the seller is still active, i still havent got my refunds yet, i have all the evidences and i've uploaded to the customer services team countless times and i report that seller every once a day, but nothing is happening, their "investigating team" MUST BE SLACKING THEN? customer service want me to liaise for the refund even further? are they asking me to got scammed again when the evidences shown they known they are not selling an original product! Shopee's customer service and investigating team just COMPLETELY USELESS. Improve buyer's experiences? what a massive joke!

Lack of trendy items.

There is lack of current trend on shopee and everything is just based on trends that have already expired. Maybe shopee should start including or taking reference from other platforms like taobao . The app can keep up to trends and what youngsters like.
I was looking for a birthday gift for my friend and everything is so outdated! Please do a better job...

Shoppee and Goodbike Khon Kaen and Fiido Thailand bad companies

I bought a Fiido M1 pro last week from Shoppee and delivered by Goodbike Khon Kaen. After receiving and using the bicycle, the battery appeared to be damaged from the battery compartment due to a sharp screw that is attached to the rubber cover that protrudes far into the battery compartment. I reported this to Shoppee and posted a negative review. They would exchange the battery if I wrote a positive review. I edited my previous review, and then Shoppee notified me to return the battery. Because I use the bike every day, I asked for a new battery to be exchanged. They didn't, I had to send it. I couldn't change my review, corrected to "good", after that. In the meantime I have had the sharp screw replaced at an E-bike shop in the area at my own expense. I now have a damaged battery that should not be exchanged but returned. I don't want that, I want to receive a new battery, hence my request to you. Shoppee and Goodbike Khon Kaen are not responding to my request.

Do not received the parcel at the first due date and keep extending the date. The customer servive couldn't do anything while I have to purchase the product from another platform! I just feels like changing to another online platform!

Horrible Customer Service

Out of courtesy I won’t reveal her name. If Shopee Malaysia care to investigate, the chat started around 11-ish pm on 16 Jan 2023 to 12am 17 Jan 2023.

I had a question about a particular voucher - Shopee’s Free Shipping with Minimum RM15 spent which I couldn’t apply to my purchase when I’ve met the criteria — minimum spend, used on only 1 item, and it’s not a ShopeePay specific discount. I’ve read the T&C and was sure it wasn’t a ShopeePay only discount.

She gave a lot of maybes — maybe I didn’t meet the minimum spend, used on too many item, etc. I have given her my Order ID and she could see I’ve met the criteria. It came across as she’s going through the motions and checklist because she repeated the things I’ve done.

When I asked her to check on that specific voucher T&C (I had the name and was sure it’s a Shopee Platform discount), she told me to read the T&C (of the coupon I don’t have because I couldn’t use it) and that Shopee has a lot of T&Cs so she doesn’t know. She then ended my chat without resolving my issue.

That’s very rude and unprofessional.
