I can't believe I get money back on my purchases at so many great businesses. What's even better is that I already shop at these businesses and now I get money back on shipping and 5% back on purchases I was going to make anyway.

Love the 5% cash back and all the stores available, however having to constantly request shipping refunds for shophq purchases is annoying, the shipping should automatically be removed from the purchase if your VIP and the monthly refund should be sent electronically rather than sending checks in the mail.

I have used this app for 3 months now and it has been worth every penny thus far! Five percent can add up just shopping at the big box stores. With the increasing prices of 2021 going into 2022, I have been delighted in my return on normal purchases.

Everything was going well until the renewal came up after a year. At that point it got very confusing as to when the renewal started and the fact that I had to wait a month before I could submit a new receipt.

Huge headache!
I tried to place an order online. Entered the info multiple times but couldn't get the order to place. An automated chat box came up. It couldn't solve my problem and then informed me live chat help wasn't avail. I finally tried a different card which worked,but when I saw the final order it charged me tax, which we don't pay on clothes in NJ. The earlier orders I tried to place had not added tax. Called the 800 number. Message said 49 minute wait. Called back and selected option to place an order and got an agent immediately!They claimed they could not help me. I was told they would put me through to a customer service rep. Nope! Just back to the automated system. Waited on hold 36 minute. The rep said they cancelled my order, as I requested. Why am I not optimistic?

My complaint is, I receive the 5% refund, but not the refund for the shipping….I have complained about this numerous times thru customer service, I am told to submit the receipt….If I am ordering thru shophq, a tracking system should pick this up…I have not been refunded shipping costs when shopping thru shophq from June of this year…

Christmas ruined by Shop HQ
Buying Christmas presents and My order was set up, paid for then denied days later with Zero Explanation! Turns out my Value pay was denied (for some unknown reason) so I went back to buy the items out right instead of on payments and the items are no longer available! Shop HQ just lost a customer for life! I’ll gladly go to stores and buy in person! Thanks for the Holiday help HQ!

Well worth it!
I have found this program to be well worth it. In addition to shopHQ, the marketplace includes most of the online and brick and mortar stores I shop at. On a rare occasion where I don’t make back the money to cover the monthly fee, the next month I am way over that amount.
