ShopHQ VIP canceled my account without…
ShopHQ VIP canceled my account without notification. Now when I tried to enter a claim it will not allow me into the system. Customer Service told me that there is nothing that could be done and all of my receipts i wanted to enter are no good and I would have to start all over again.

You need to understand that some of us are seniors & really can only reply & forward on a computer. I had several items that I bought & had to call you to walk me through what to do. I did everything you said & never got a rebate. When I called they said they would review it but never refunded my money. I then had to pay my computer expert at my business & they still didn't do anything but take my money each month.

Unable to rejoin program - very frustrated
I have been a member for as long as it has been available and always have enjoyed the program and rebates. I have mostly gotten my rebates with the exception of a few that I just gave up on getting. The service I have received is intermittent. Lately, my account got deleted by the system, I am told. I guess my credit card was declined, which I find odd, since it has been the same since day one. The latest fiasco is that I am unable to rejoin and keep getting the run around every time I call. They say I will be getting this resolved but everyday I either email or call and nothing happens. Still locked out with a message that says I am ineligible to join. I need to get this resolved and I am running out of patience. :(

Overall, I really like getting shipping rebates and 5% back at ShopHQ and other retailers. I only wish there was a way to be recognized as a ShopHQ VIP member when placing an order so that the free shipping would be applied up front so that I wouldn't be charged sales tax on the shipping charges and not have to request the rebate.

I like the refunds for all shipping. When you buy multiple items it can add up . I can buy 3 or 4 or more of an item and not worry @ the extra expense. The extra cash back on each purchase also makes some of the deals extra inviting.

Great Program!
What an outstanding program -- you buy stuff, and they rebate you five percent, plus the shipping costs! Super easy to make rebate claims, you just forward your emailed order confirmation to them, with some details entered over at their site, and, once a month, a check arrives! Getting money for shopping, wow!
Plus, the range of the marketplace, to submit rebate claims, is enormous! I mostly buy watches, but I see I can also submit every Amazon purchase, and scores of other Sellers participate as well.
There is a monthly fee, but I have received far more money back than this program has cost, and it has enabled me, in fact, to pay off purchases, or use the checks for a new purchase.
Best rebate program I've ever come across. Shop, get paid!
And, with shipping costs being as high as fifteen dollars per purchase or more through some Sellers, getting shipping repaid back to you is awesome.
I've also spoken with their Customer Service, and they are super friendly and helpful. This is just a wonderful program that rewards you for stuff you already are buying. What a gift!

Complaint about ShopHQ/VIP
1. Customer service does not return calls to customers or follow-up on complaints. 2. Very slow in sending out rebates. If there is a problem with customer's credit card, ShopHQ/VIP abruptly cancels the membership without contacting the member, and will not re-instate it. Customer service refuses to pass customer up to a supervisor.

ShopHQ VIP program has saved me hundreds of dollars. When I joined I thought that I would only received cash back rewards from ShopHQ but after learning more about the program - I learned that most of the stores that I shop at are apart of the program which was an added bonus that I wasn't expecting.
