Seriously? I have a bank account with 50k balance and 15k monthly income. This company is a joke.
Not a good experience with Humm. I brought beds worth $7200 through them and never missed a payment and it’s finished in May, I wanted to get $2000 @ $77 per fortnight.but some details are missing or something. I mean I have an account with them already.
So I give them the flick, never again.
Garbage don’t waist your time!you get approved then when you go to use it the transaction doesn’t go through then its a complete fcck around just use afterpay,so much easier
I had 1000 in small things got told because I'm on a pension I no longer can purchase things how wrong can that be for some one like me I am disgusted in that I have zip pay now so goodbye to humm shame on you because I didn't spend big .
Clown show with regards to customer service . Once this final purchase is complete I’m done with Humm . Plenty of easier options with way better customer service .
I'm now with humm for several years now and I've always paid on time or well advanced payments. Now my wife has wanted her own account and it was declined twice again!!!! She has good credit rating and is working fulltime!! What is wrong with this company it's bad business and I'm now not happy at all and I can't recommend humm to anyone 😕

They are okay....it's pretty clear they are running on a shoestring budget considering all the logical flaws they have in their work. I missed a payment so their response was to lock my account thus preventing me from paying. They then sent me an email that had an empty space where the 'pay now' button should have been. They then emailed me saying 'if there isnt a pay now button, tell us what date can take out your money with your next repayment on xx/xx/xx'. As someone who works with these systems it's really obvious that the staff are doing their best but theyre working within a nonsense system
Additionally, the Humm card never worked. Now I believe theyre cancelled, but nobody would take their payments. I'm not convinced that the company will be around for much longer
I tried signing up to get an account for some dental work. I entered my name, phone number, email and license into their App and straight away got declined. I rang customer service and they just kept repeating I wasn’t approved but couldn’t give me an actual reason why. They have no financial history of mine yet declined me anyway. Not helpful at all and will not be recommending to anyone
Can you also explain why I have been stopped from paying off my account via the app? The way you treat your customers is disgusting. I will NEVER hold another HUMM account EVER again!! I have $700 to pay and just because I am unable to pay it in one payment, HUMM have taken away my ability to continue to make fortnightly repayments via the app.
Please send my account to a debt collection agency so I can make arrangements to pay my account off because you people are a joke and so is the company. I’d prefer to deal with a debt collecton agency than deal with HUMM directly.
Oh and I will be making a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman regarding HUNM for stopping my ability to pay my account off.
If you don’t have a HUMM account, don’t get one. They have no idea what customer service is and treat their customers like criminals.
I was trying to buy this thing and the seller told me I could use Hum. It took ages to set it up and then I was approved, then rejected, then approved again. I couldn't use the thing. But the problem for me is as soon as I gave them my phone and email I started receiving a bunch of scam calls and spam. I don't know if they sell personal details or have a leak in their system but it is concerning!
My wife needed some dental work done and we applied to spread the payments out as we are both Pensioners. We were immediately rejected and when we phoned we were told " we are not allowed to give a reason" We own our own home, and car and have no mortgage or loans. Not Impressed!
Absolutely disgusting service when you want to payout and close your account. I received a payout figure, paid it the following day, called 2 days later when it cleared and they told me I needed to pay extra. They make it so hard for you to leave and charge you more and more to squeeze the last of your money out of you.
the boys were so good and fast left everything spotless, and the averyone that did the contact before and after were so nice
To be honest the whole process of signing up and using Humm has been stressful. When your order value is between ‘little things’ limit and ‘big things’ minimum spend, then you can’t use the product.

I quite like Humm it's alot better than others that offer the same service. I just wish they would add better stores. JB Hifi,Kathmandu, Rebel Sport, Pet Stock, Pet Domain, Fantastic Furniture just to name a few. I have asked and seems to fall on deaf ears
I had been using the bundll product for sometime (which was great), when that ended, the app invited me to look at Humm
When I signed up, I had a $0 limit, I questioned this on livechat and was told it was because I alledgedly have an outstanding amount from 2006 (Pretty sure Humm weren't around then, nor was BNPL)
I called about it and they want me to provide information I can't provide as I don't have it, they did tell me the name of the merchant, who I have never purchased anything from, so not sure who used my name or what's gone wrong, but this company will hold a grudge longer than my ex wife by the looks of it
Very disappointed. As my humm payments are always up to date fortnightly I am still being charged dishonored payment fees as well as having my account locked regularly. I have to call every week to request it to be unlocked only to be told the reason is dishonored payments which is incorrect. I always get an apology and fees wiped when I call customer service but the inconvenience is beyond frustrating as well as a black mark against my name. Humm need to sort the system out quick as I have been told multiple times from customer service that this is an error in the system however I am starting to wonder if this is a scam considering the frequency of this happening. Sort it out!
