At humm, we do Buy Now Pay Later a little differently. Instead of just focusing on the little joys in life, we want to allow our customers to fund whatever they need, both big and little.

Used to be so helpful but is pretty useless now. First getting rid of gift cards and now worst of all getting rid of their BPay function with no warning. Soon as I'm paid off will be deactivating and deleting account as BPay was the only reason to use it!
Also seems like no stores accept them anymore.
Beware. Once you sign up they make it IMPOSSIBLE to close your account.
After paying off my balance I thought it would be easy to have my account closed. Boy was I wrong.
3 phone calls, several live chats and about 10 emails later - I seem to be closer to closing this account… not closed… but closer.
After over charging me a whole $3.33 they refused to close the account until that was refunded. One consultant told me she had closed my account (once I told them to keep my 3 bucks).
A mere one day later I received an email stating they won’t close my account until I provide bank details for the refund. This is only a small portion of the back and forth.
It’s enough to send you crazy.
Thankfully I won’t need to deal with them anymore… once they officially close my account…!
Very Disappointed to know that humm has stop there bpay fasclity. It was so convenient to pay my bills. Being a customer for nearly 5 years, at least have the curtociy to keep us updated of the changes.
I’m totally furious with humm as a VIP I’ve enjoyed the B Pay Facility to pay my Rego and Electricity accounts.I’ve saved up gone to pay them only to find that it’s no longer available….NO NOTICE GIVEN leaves you up the creek …this seems like a money grab to me and the customers are the ones who suffer …
There should be a Law whereby these companies have to advise customers if these changes in advance so you can get your affairs in order ….
Plus you can’t utilise the humm card online in lieu of b pay either …
Humm is sadly turning into a useless facility to go through all the hoops to get and be left hanging out to dry …VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
For older generation couldn't have been easier
grateful for the information supplied to understand how it all works.

To boost the limited humm needs access to my bank with my NetBank detials. I am not stupid enough to release my NetBank details to humm.
The good side - very easy to sign up and repayments options are flexible to fit different financial situations.

Hi team,
I set up the humm account for Dental. I submitted a request to increase small things to $800 and big things to $2000 which was approved in preparation for the out-of-pocket fees for this dental treatment.
On the day of the appointment, I used my Humm card hoping to get it all sorted and it got declined. Then my approved $2000 disappeared without any explanation.
I started a chat with one of the service officers on Friday 12 May who didn't know why this was removed and advised that one of your representatives was going to contact me to review. To date, no contact has been made.
I am grateful that I could use your services at the counter to pay for this initial part of the treatment, but very disappointed that I now don't have the additional balance to pay for the pending ones.
I opted for Humm because the dentist receptionist advised it, but now I may need to seek other options like Afterpay if I cannot have direct contact with Humm team.
I hope contact is made to seek possible solutions.
Thanks,
Mauricio

I tried to sign up for an account but they refused to give me one and when I rang customer service they swore at me and they used profanity. I would recommend using PayPal from now on,
