Would like financial control

I didn’t particularly dislike but rather than take from my account I would prefer to make a fortnightly direct debit from my account so I can be in control of how much I pay an when

I wasn’t able to check in to the hotel…

I wasn’t able to check in to the hotel because I didn’t have a $200 deposit on me. If I knew that I wouldn’t have bothered to even book it. I’m still waiting on my refund to happen.
Not impressed at all. I dove two hours to get there and had to sleep in my car. I was upset cold and afraid tbh.

Not happy been using humm now for over…

Not happy been using humm now for over a year now and never missed a payment and have paid everything on time. And applied for something on big things but got declined have not got a clue why.

easy from logging to logging out took…

easy from logging to logging out took just a few minutes. All your information comes up when you say which company you want to pay the bill too. A couple of minutes later your bill is finalized. Very organized.

Don't Tell Me It's Unusual

New customer. Tried to return Humm's call to me. Placed on hold. I hung up after 15 minutes. Tried again 2 hours later. Same deal.

Note to Humm: Don't tell me you're sorry to hear of my experience. You're not. Don't me it's unusual wait times. It's not.

Humm froze my debt card then charged me…

Humm froze my debt card then charged me late fees for not paying. Humm needs to communicate better and let you know what is going. I was forced to use humm but never again to much hassle end up paying more in the end. Humm needs to get more friendly and helpful staff

I like the speed on the online order to…

I like the speed on the online order to the shop I pick my stuff took them to counter and put the online order in they click on it near instantly and I was gone to do my day.
But logical if they accept online the touch card system in Google wallet should be able to be used in-store.
