No good
Honestly, I used to work in telecommunications and I have tried everything to create an account so I can manage my payments. Called so many times. Overseas centre with staff that do not know what they are doing. I am so frustrated, I tried the live chat and have called so many times with no help. Long wait times. Even during working hours. No email address to contact. My next step is hopefully making a complaint however I doubt they will have an option for this on their website. HUMM needs to be able to provide customers access to their accounts so they can track and manage payments. If they block every attempt with poor procedures and untrained staff you have signed up for a scam... Go zip pay next time. No issue getting support there.

Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting. Taking money from our bank account after we paid out our Humm account and CLOSED the account. Emails received from Humm confirm the closures. They are still taking money after a number of phone calls and emails. They all say the same thing. “Your account is closed though”. It’s fraudulent to do what they are doing.
To make matters worse, our loan application with another credit provider has been rejected due to “unpaid” bills with Humm being listed on our credit rating! Looking into small claims justice.

Fees are high at $100 per year even if you don't use the service. Be careful and cancel if you don't use it on a regular basis. Unsure why it costs $100 per year to keep an account open? Mmmm another way to legally take money from people for doing nothing. Well done. I was being charged even with no active purchase, same as a friend of mine you may need to check how you charge.

DO NOT TRUST HUMM WITH YOUR BILLS
Made the stupid mistake of trusting HUMM with my Telstra Bill. This was paid on 25th September (or at least I thought it was) with HUMM and the first installment was deducted from my credit card the same day. Imagine my absolute shock and horror to receive a rather nasty message mail from Telstra advising my payment was overdue and my services were to be restricted. Seems HUMM never actually paid Telstra and decided to keep the money for themselves. Tried calling them and I was basically told it’s not their problem and they don’t care. I was told someone would get back to me and that never happened! Thanks HUMM! My once perfect credit rating is about to be ruined because I made the stupid mistake of trusting you! Never again with my bills. At least with ZipPay, I know they will actually be paid on time and my money not stolen! I now have to pay the same bill a second time as well as a late penalty of $15 - all of which HUMM doesn’t care about. So once again, thanks HUMM! Not only for stealing my money but also for potentially ruining my credit rating and then not having the decency to even look into the matter. I will be telling everyone I know about this experience and I will NEVER trust HUMM again to actually pay my bill!

I bought a Humm gift card for my grandkids to go the movies on the school holidays with their mum.
Easy purchase,you can choose the amount you want to buy and can pay it off over a long time. I sent the gift card to my daughter and she had no problem using it at the venue. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend the gift cards.
