Shoes arrived very poorly packaged

Shoes arrived very poorly packaged. They looked like they were second hand from eBay. They also sent the wrong size in one pair. No response on emails, no response on Facebook, eventually a reply on Instagram to ask what issues I had. They read my response and did not reply. They have since ignored my replies across all forms of contact for the past 3 weeks. So I have 2 pairs of battered boots I can’t give as the gifts they were intended for (even if they had sent the right size!) and no sign of a refund. They haven’t posted on social media since November - looks like they are going bust.

Awful quality and dreadful service/no refund

My issue is with a pair of boots that arrived with one boot completely unfinished. It has no sole on its inside at all and instead reveals a badly put together boot.
At first my issue was acknowledged. I sent photos and was offered a refund but that refund has not been issued and I can’t get a response from anyone anymore. Very very disappointed. They have stopped responding to my emails, don’t respond on FB messenger and offer a contact phone number that is ‘out of service’. What company has a contact phone number that doesn’t work?
