when a size of shoe I ordered didn't fit they were very understanding and helpful about the exchange!!

Never have I been told I can’t refund a product despite the clearly stated return policy online. I never wore the shoes out, I contacted them on day 2 out of the 30 day return policy. They made this process awful and difficult. This experience was truly bizarre! Is Newbella a scam? I will not be buying anything from them in the future

I ordered boots with the wrong size and since the parcel had already been sent the Newbella service team gave me a code to order new ones free of charge. They also responded to my emails promptly and were very nice.

Very happy with customer services, quick response time, brought a pair of boots, they were too small. Gave me a full refund and a 50% voucher. Very impressed!

I purchased a pair of really nice boots. Unfortunately they didn't fit and they didn't have it in a size next up. I contacted customer service through whats up and email and received a quick respons from both sides. They are able to refund me the whole amount and let me even keep the pair that doen't fit to give as a gift. They also send me a discount coupon for a future purchase. I will check their website out in the new year again for sure.

Both pairs of boots are great, but one pair was slightly too tight. I requested a larger size, but was offered a 50% refund which I accepted. I will give this pair to a friend. This whole process was very smooth. I will buy from Newbella again. Thank you.

Having never heard of Newbella before I was sceptical, but I decided to order some shoes for my girlfriend. They took around 7 working days to arrive but when they turned up the shoes were really good quality! It turns out I ordered the wrong size so I contacted customer support via their WhatsApp number. Mandy was very responsive and accomodating, and while I couldn't return the shoes they did give me a 50% refund, which considering that the error was mine is very generous. I would definitely order from them again!

Placed an order and after 5 days they cancelled without reason and then almost another week before I could get a reply that I would see a refund in 15-30 days! Worst customer service ever, do not shop here, absolutely no trust that you will ever get your order or your money back!

I have read some negative about this business, which is quite unfair because i bought a pair of boots which didn't fit due small sizing. I contacted them via the WhatsApp number i got from their website and my query was resolved without any issues.
I have now received my replacement pair of boots and they fit so well and boots are very well made. I would advise to get one or 2 sizes up and you won't be disappointed. I am usually a UK size 40 but ordered my replacement in a UK 42 which fits perfect.
