Lovely products, just need patience with customer service .
I only read the reviews for this company when I needed to return my boots and was disappointed with what I saw . However my experience using What’s app , though a little slow , was ok and I got my refund in full . It became clear that given the lengthy posting process they will initially do anything to avoid having to use the returns route . You do need patience when corresponding however it was dealt with finally very well and the products I had were lovely .
