I wish i could give zero stars! I ordered a anti gravity stick on phone case for an iphone 13 pro and have received a game phone case for an iphone 12. THIEVES!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely rubbish ball. Worked for about 1 minute and then nothing. Iv emailed a ton of times and given the requested video and photos of item
And anything else they’ve asked for and they still won’t give me a refund! Will have to go through PayPal. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!

You ripoff merchants. Brought a face mask from you. Didn't even make it out the box before it fell apart. No chance of getting my money back. Stay away from this site

Like the rest in this forum, I took seem to have been victimized by their poor business custom. Purchased 2 1 orbi sphere not working, the other starts but the remotes dont work. It'll keep on spinning and you had to risk sticking your finher as it spins to switch the on/off button(not ideal). The LED strip in the sphere is snapped too. Emailed them but no reply.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!! If I could give a lower rating I would. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 3 of the flying orbs and they came in an envelope not a box. All 3 were completely bent up and unusable. I contacted them though the email ( and sent pictures) they provided asking for a refund...have not gotten any type of reply.

Fake and scammers.
Recieved products was not as advertised. Bad quality and unusable.
Customer service only offers coupon for next order, something that never will happen.

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. It took them forever to send me my phone. I paid the extra shipping to get here on time. My phone case cracked right in the middle when it said on the reviews that it is anti crack free. False advertisement. I tried contacting them through the email listed and enter what was asked. The email was returned as invalid. Buyers beware it is a waste of money. Now I have to buy a dependable phone case.

Poor quality. The cheap plastic cracked from pushing so hard because the touchscreen won't work. Also I got the wrong color and they refuse to give me the correct case

I purchased phone case described by them on their site as Anti-Cracking,in the product desciption there is even a photo of a hammer trying to smash the screen.

company that day, supplied photos of packaging and cracked screen.  Obviously insufficient packaging protection by them as they blamed the postage handlers they contract to, "bumps in the transportation and the carelessness of the staff."  I was not going to risk another one so requested refund - they flatly refused. Obviously, packing a phone case in a thin piece of bubble wrap - not even a thick cardboard box or foam surround,
is totally insufficient for international shipping. I found them rude and would definitely NOT purchase from company again - their guarantee, warranty, refund policies are a SCAM.  BUYER BEWARE!!  If only I'd read reviews on SHOPROTIK before I bought from them - so many similiar bad reviews on many review sites. Dont be
fooled by their slick webpage.  Don't get conned, avoid them.

Stay away from them, i payed the express 3 to 7 days max fortnight ago and received nothing.

I ordered a samsung s8 magnetic gold phone case Sep. 13th and paid almost $15 for 3 to 7 day shipping. I emailed them about it because I haven't received my order and emails for shipping. All they said was we will try to get it to you faster. With nothing but bad reviews on this website I would NOT order anything from here. I WILL update this review when/if I receive the phone case.

UPDATE 10/26/21: still hasn't came in and everytime I ask about the shipping they say that they may be slow but it's on it's way. I still dont have shipping information.

UPDATE 11/12/21: the case came in today. It's not terrible, but I ordered gold and it doesnt even really look gold, it's more tan. Also the volume buttons and power button the the sides are like glued. Definitely a cheaply made product for the price I bought it for, I would suggest amazon xD

Update: 12/22/2021. Well it's been a good run 💀 the power button fell off. Dirt gets inside of the case easily and it leaves terrible prints in the screen cover. Wanted to see how fragile it was so I crinkled it into a ball with one hand. I want to save people some money and go to amazon

I ordered the case with express shipping and did get it in time. That was the only good/positive thing about my experience. It came with very little protective packaging (plastic bag type envelope and flat bubble wrap) and the case was damaged and unusable. I contacted them and originally they seemed very helpful said they would send a replacement. They sent a tracking number, but it only showed that the tracking # had been opened and nothing received. I contacted them, they said be patient, etc. They were prompt in replying. Then I contacted them a week after I got the tracking # from them and said please either send it out soon so I get it or refund my money. No response. So I escalated to PayPal as I had paid that way. Conversations went back and forth, but they seemed more interested in me closing my escalation then in actually helping me. At the end they said return the damaged case, send tracking # and when they receive it, they will refund my money. It was going to cost me over $83 to do this for the case that cost about $35. They would not pay shipping, so I'm out the money I spent. Had I realized they were located in China, I likely would not have bought from them.

I payed for 12.99 3 day shipping Aug. 21st. Magnetic phone case n still haven't got. N the most response I get is we will try to get it to you faster. It's still not been shipped

Bought 2 magnetic phonecases. Paid for express shipping (7-12days) Took over 1 month to get here and they even sent 1 wrong case. I ordered Note 10 lite and S20+ and i got Note 10 lite and Note 20.
