I have purchased from torocart some item and paid since 28th April till now no email no tracking no very ridicules I am going to cancel the payment by tomorrow through my bank if I didn’t get any reply within 24 hours

I bought an earphone, and when I finished, I definitely clicked NO, THANKs, for their offers, but somehow I still bought them. That's really awful... But weeks passed and they initiated the transportation process. The luck thing is, the express they used is the fastest one in China :)

Stay away!!!!! Ordered on April 12, 2020 and it now June 21, 2020, nothing received, no response to several emails and a useless tracking system that is no help whatsoever. I feel I’ve absolutely been scammed.

After two months finally received my order. Not the item I ordered but a cheap almost useless copy of a face mask . Doesn't fit as well as the one I got from DrStayclean. Gave it a wash and fibers started to fall off. Zero stars if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM TOROCART!

Company taking advantage of people’s fear of Coronavirus. Advert on Facebook tempted me to order an overpriced mask from them and further paid extra for priority shipping. Orders on 29th March and still no sign. Email querying where my order is remains unanswered. Please don’t order from this company as they may be fraudulent company. I’m hoping I’m wrong and maybe others may be able to provide positive reviews.
