No response at all - bad Customer Service

EDIT: This is such an ongoing joke at this point. They have first (finally! it seems you get a reaction only after posting on Trustpilot) send me a mail asking me where I contacted them regarding this and asking where they said they cannot provide me with the phone number of the carrier. So I have replied to that exact mail and inserted an attachment as proof that showed all of my attempts to contact them and added that I never said they cannot provide a number or mail address. I just stated that the sender should contact the carrier or else they will not help me further as they do not want to talk with customers. Its how it works with this carrier.

That was sent on the 9th of May and as you can guess... Again no reply whatsoever. It's like they just mailed me just because of my review and therefore it looks like they are doing what they should. The moment I contact them (because you can't reply on Trustpilot), they don't answer anymore so you are back to square one. It's just unbelievable at this point.

Be cautious of a serious lack of customer service.

I have placed an order on the 10th of april. I have been receiving updates consistently about the shipment and my product was finally gonna be delivered at the end of the month. To my surprise the delivery company confirmed by mail that my package has been delivered however it seems to be nowhere to be found.

How it works for us here is that customers cannot be in direct contact with the national delivery companies. They only want senders to be able to contact the delivery company so I have been trying for two weeks to get them to look into this matter.

As of this message I still haven't had a single reply on my mails from the company to look into this matter together with the delivery company. I do not blame them for the fact that my package was never delivered however you expect some level of customer service that they are able to help you with the matter. Now I am currently stuck in a phase where I am still waiting for a reply simply so we can track what has happened to my package. If this keeps up I will probably have to take matters myself by forcing a chargeback or looking into reporting this matter.

So be warned that you could possibly end up in a situation where the package was never delivered due to unknown reasons and you cannot solve the matter simply because of them not replying back to you.

That said, we take customer service claims seriously, which is why we thoroughly checked our chat box, Instagram DMs and email inbox and could not find any messages from you. Please check if your emails were being sent to Support@shopshirtplugs.com

DHL allow you to contact them directly, and we certainly would never prevent that. In fact, that would have made a lot of sense and could have been one of the fastest ways to resolve this. When a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, DHL provides customer support through both their phone line and email, which we are always happy to provide, or can also easily be found on their website.

There is no benefit to us not wanting you to find your package; quite the opposite. Our job is to help ensure customers receive their orders successfully. We have also now sent you an email directly to help resolve this issue and work toward getting your package located as quickly as possible.

Reply to second review:

The parcel was confirmed as delivered by DHL, the tracking number showed successful delivery, and proof-of-delivery photos were also supplied by the carrier. We also provided the customer with DHL’s contact information, even though it is already publicly available on the DHL website and on the tracking page linked on our website.

At no point did we refuse to help. We responded and advised the customer that, in situations like this, DHL may require the recipient to contact them directly regarding delivery specifics. This is standard procedure with many carriers.

The claim that we offer “no customer service” is simply incorrect. We employ staff specifically to monitor and respond to customer enquiries on our live chat 24/7, and enquiries submitted through our support channels do not go unanswered. The customer also never contacted us through our live chat regarding this matter.

I bought a Turkiye 2026 home shirt and the quality of the shirt was excellent and a very resonable price. If I buy any other shirt in the future, I would buy it from Shirt Plugs.

I bought a Brazilian national team shirt. My experience was excellent, with email communication at every stage of the process, and the delivery was made within the timeframe initially provided. The product is good quality and offers excellent value for money.
