The shirts come in a great packaging and they are great quality and have an amazing look. I have now done two different orders with the discount they offer and I can say I am a satisfied man.

Diabolical absolutely disgraceful I placed and paid for a order on the 5 th December 2025 I am still waiting for it I have tried contacting them and have not even received a reply which again I find disgraceful.. I have sent several Emails .. no reply .. I have asked for a refund.. no reply .. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will take this issue further as stated in a Email today giving 48 hours to respond . Am totally disappointed with the shirt plugs .

As the title states, I have no major issue with the quality of the jerseys themselves (aside from one arriving with a visible stain). The issue is entirely with customer service.

Firstly, delivery expectations were inaccurate. I waited over 3.5 weeks for three jerseys and, when I followed up, was told delivery timelines were “out of their hands.” It was only after pushing further that they offered to contact the delivery provider.

Secondly, I was asked to leave a review for one of the jerseys I received, which happened to be the stained one. I left an honest review reflecting the condition of the item and the overall experience. I was contacted immediately — not to resolve the issue — but asked to remove my review, with the implication that assistance would only follow if I did so.

When I questioned this approach, the response was backtracked, but the tone became defensive and self-congratulatory rather than service-focused. I was told “we have the best customer service in the world” and that I had not given them “an opportunity to resolve this,” despite the fact that reviews do not require prior contact with support.

The representative never provided their name, and communication throughout felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Overall, the product itself may be fine, but the customer service handling was disappointing and poorly managed.

This business has an amazing customer support team and great product (soccer/football apparel). My order was misdelivered, totally the parcel carriers fault. As soon as I reached out to shirt plugs, they resent my order before there was a resolution and then helped me fight the parcel carrier for a refund. 100/10
