I like the jersey but its hard to…
I like the jersey but its hard to believe that I needed an XL which was sent after the L did not fit. The process took a while but they were prompt with responses and I appreciate that.

Whilst your order was dispatched within the 2 days and arrived pretty quickly in Canada it has been sitting in the customs area for 8 days. This is sadly typical for Canadian customers only currently.
We are powerless to speed their processing.
We would appreciate your amending your review as this reflects negatively on us and we try very hard to make all of our customers happy. In our view your review is unfair. But we hope you love the product when it arrives. Have a good weekend.

Decent quality and fair price
Decent quality and fair price. I appreciated them double-checking the sizing to ensure it was accurate to avoid a potential return. Shipping could be faster but it's coming from China so be patient. All in all a positive experience and I would buy from them again.

Customer service was and is excellent! Calvin was very responsive and helpful. The single issue I encountered was sizing; I went with the recommended chest measurements and matched the bids accordingly.....I was wrong! I'm a short ass with huge legs; very stocky.
Calvin offered to take them back and have me new sizes on the way immediately, that was awesome service!

Worst product ever

Great sunglasses, just what I wanted.
Originally I posted a review saying I was disappointed as the sunglasses I received did not look how they did in the pictures online, and that the arms scratched the lenses when I folded them away. Turns out I ordered the wrong ones so of course they didn't match the picture I thought they should have done!!
I spoke to Calvin and, when I realised my error, he offered to exchange them for the pair I intended to order. Although delivery took 3 weeks (the pair I returned were delivered within 3 days), these new ones are exactly what I wanted.

I ordered back in April and payed .got an email beginning of june saying my item going to be posted. 2 weeks later still nothing so emailed to c what was happening Calvin said he would look into it.then he emailed me back saying would i want a refund or reordered I said refunding please as I have been waiting since April my son would of loved it . Then I said in a another email I'm really disappointed about the delay . His replay was well u have been refunded now so case closed! I can't believe how bad the customer service is still shocked by their response it's like they didn't care. It's not about me getting a refund it's about how long I have been waiting it seems like the don't care about their customers .
