23 days to be delivered, the tracking information does not support the account given by Shop Style Review below.
I ordered on 2 April and the company were assuring a reasonable delivery available.
Also I've made no comments on the product so I'm not sure why there's any assumption on my happiness with it!
It's strange how it was never communicated that the reason for delay now being claiming here. How strange that of the alleged 2 tracks numbers in existence, the one I was given does not support this latest reason
As for the product, over priced.
There's absolutely no way I'd order anything from this company again

Original Reply "We had a number of shipments blocked in the medical category at a point due to government intervention over PPE during the Corvid 19 crisis. These were returned and we had to use a different shipping company.
We are very sorry that we couldn't meet a better delivery time however we did our best to remedy the situation. We are glad that you like the product however. We would love to welcome you back to try us again post Coronavirus when our shipping times can get back to normal like all other online retailers."

Your issue is with delivery and that is due to medical type shipments being blocked from delivery. The government was being heavily criticised for not being able to get delivery of this kind of item at the time.
At the time of shipment there were no indications Royal Mail would have outgoing shipments blocked. Tracking account does support what happened. As we said there were actually 2 shipments so 2 trackings were created. Unfortunately we will not be able to please you on that.

Quick, Efficent, Safe. 5 star service!
Arrived within the specified delivery time. Very quick and efficient. I use it at work as a health care assistant, and it provides so much ease for me and my colleagues to take temperatures without upsetting our residents with a normal thermometer. Have recommended this to colleagues, family and friends and some have put orders in and are very happy with the results. Would buy again!
