BEAUTIFUL TOP AS DESCRIBED AND QUICK DELIVERY

I called the boutique the skirts were from (carlyz craze) and the lady was very nice and helped me with sizing. The Skirts are exactly what I wanted.

The price was great. The items were packaged so well.

Great customer service. I had ordered the wrong item and reached out to Debbie at customer service, who insured I would receive the item I wanted. Communication was easy and the product is of great quality. Thank you.

The Customer Service response time is extremely slow. They offer a phone number to call, but there is never anyone available and if you hang on long enough, the call will be disconnected. The response time via email is extremely slow and questions/issues do not get fully answered. In addition., shoptiques is not offering great prices and they charge you for return shipping and often shipping at purchase. The time to receive the item is extremely long. I received the wrong item, and actually had to prove it by sending pictures. I ordered a denim jacket and it’s been weeks and I don’t think the correct jacket has even been sent. Overall, I recommend finding your item on another site as it will be likely less expensive and you will likely receive it in a timely manner.

I think Shoptiques as an org/website is great. The only reason I knocked off one star is that some of the vendors on the site are not 100% reliable. Items delayed, items out of stock, wrong items sent. Everything gets corrected so not a huge deal, but users need to realize they are not buying from "professional" ecommerce sites but small boutiques, so not totally seamless. But kudos to Shoptiques for managing all this!

Wonderful company. Seamless ordering, quick delivery! Items came hand wrapped and a hand written thank you note!!! Customer service like I haven’t seen in a very long time! Keep up the good work!

Was looking for a Monkey Mango scarf in a pink shade that my local store didn't carry so I did an online search and found one at Shoptiques--YAY!!! Was also able to charge it to my PayPal acct. Scarf was even delivered to my home a day ahead of schedule!
