I always check customer ratings via Trustpilot. Too many scams and poor businesses out here.
Shoptiques was a good experience; found what I wanted, fair price, quick shipping. The seller, Down to Earth, made it an easy experience. It would be better if they showed customer reviews on Shoptiques site for each seller.

Upon opening my storefront in Nov 2020 I researched to find a POS company that I felt comfortable with after an unsuccessful attempt with Shopify online prior to the store opening. I made the decision to go with Shoptiques mainly because of the ability to speak with a real person when I have POS issues. As someone who has been in retail for 33 years at corporate senior management leadership; I understand how imperative it is to have a POS company you trust.
I have been very pleased with the performance of Shoptiques. There are three employees specifically that I feel go above and beyond to ensure the customer experience is flawless Elliot, Avery and Lindsay have been wonderful to work with.
In my short time with this company I have already seen growth with the leadership, and hardware additions that aide business for the better. I consistently recommend Shoptiques to numerous small business retailers! I appreciate a company that values their clients and this is what Shoptiques does!!

Their product is great and their team is even better. Their personalized approach to helping boutiques grow is why any boutique should pick them over a larger company that will treat you like a number. Shoptiques actually cares.

Customer service is good and quick. If you have any question, they're always respond you. :)

What a TERRIBLE way to shop! I got a $25 gift card to this place from some dumb monthly box that i received. I just wanted to get rid of it and buy something because everything of decent quality just looked overpriced and a rip off. I put an item in my cart and at checkout, tells me OOPS NOT AVAILABLE. This happened 2 more times after!!! So even though they allow you to click on it and put in cart AND it doesn't say sold out, it tells me OOPS at checkout and takes it out of my cart. I finally find something to buy, and they charge you a $1.50 trust fee?? Why is this company charging me, the customer, a trust fee. You allowed this store to sell on your site and you charge me a fee to trust them? Not my problem. Then I see if you buy items from different stores in 1 transaction, they charge you $6 per item coming from a different store! So if you buy a friggin $10 hair band from 1 place and a $14 shirt from another place, you are getting charged $12 just in shipping! But today the shipping is now $8 per store, so a couple days ago it was $6, but today $8. Don't forget about that trust fee! WHAT A JOKE! Does anybody want this $25 credit because i would never ever buy from this site every....waste of money. From the 3.5 rating on here, seems like it's not just me that has had a problem with it.

Quite literally the WORST BUSINESS DECISION OF MY LIFE PEOPLE. Before signing this company said I would receive a feature me on the site, features as a new vendor, that I would have absolutely no problem selling my stuff, that there were no outside payment processing fees, and more. HOWEVER, not one thing they said held up. Now, a year later I have lost a total of $3000 thanks to signing up as a vendor on Shoptiques... and during the COVID pandemic to top it all off.

So, the take-away: If you are looking for false expectations and a great way to loose money for the trade off of 1 sale per year... you have come to the right place ma friend:)

Unable to return items and customer service is not responding. Lost 1000 dollars here. Crazy and I recommend never to shop here.

DON'T DO IT!! THEY stole from me $1000 USD and no benefit, I have been with the platform for over 3 years an only 1 SALE. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Customer Service is always quick to respond and if you have a question, they are always an email away.

I've been shopping on this site for several years now. I love finding cool boutiques and supporting the smaller shops. I've always received high quality clothes and it's stuff I don't see anywhere else. The prices can be high but filtering through the "sale" tab I've found some gems! Of course, I'm willing to pay a bit more for quality.

The best POS for boutiques and I tried them all! I've owned a boutique for 10 years and have evolved from pen and paper to using an antiquated POS and finally evaluating all of the solutions on the market. I love that the software is built only for boutiques and that they think about what it takes to run a brick and mortar business. My sales associates love the iPad solution.

Shoptiques has been a great partner in our small business. Given us the tools and resources to grow our online business as well as drive traffic to our boutique. The team is smart, forward thinking, and wonderful to work with.

Good Customer Service!

It is a great selling platform. Most of the customers seem to appreciate the products that I sell them.
I would recommend going back to USPS as your shipping method.
It is quicker, easier to track.
The only other recommendation that I have for Shoptiques.com is to shorten the return time to 5 days, and expediate the payments for the stores to a 7 day waiting time.

Found a product I had been searching for on Shoptiques & placed the order. Within 24 hours (on a Sunday) I stumbled upon the item in a local shop! I purchased it at the shop & contacted Shoptiques to cancel my order with them.
The reason I am remarking on this is that the customer service was superlative! They contacted me on multiple fronts to be certain I received the cancellation approval and everyone was incredibly nice and very respectful! Refund was also very prompt. I would not hesitate in ordering here again!

Where else can you find boutiques from all over the world in one spot! Love shoptiques and their amazing customer service. From clothes to accessories to houseware items, it the best forum to find unique items!
